~*Symbolism of Uniform Colors*~

~*Red *~
Represents the blood that each member of the OMR is willing to shed in the service of the God Mabon,
the Goddess Enid and the Circle of the Perfect Rose & Staff in the defense of the Realm
against all those who would seek to destroy it or bring harm to its citizens.

~*Royal Purple*~
The mixture of Red and Blue represents the above coupled with the use of the mind and spirit (blue)
to stand against all foes. The word ROYAL signifies the purpose for which ths order stands,
the ROYAL or DIVINE BALANCE of the mind and matter in the service of the Gods and our fellow realmers -
the MYSTIC POWER of the Gods.

~*Grey*~
Represent's the God Mabon whom we serve with our,
God Given, mystic powers.

Membership

Membership in the OMR is exclusively for Wizards and Adventurers,
those who utilize the powers of magic as their armorment.

Who may join?

Any Wizard or Adventure may apply for membership in the OMR by submitting a request to Sir Nano.
If the party so requesting membership is a member of another Circle Order, written permission from
that Order Commander shall be sent to Sir Nano stating that such member has permission from his/her
Order to also join the OMR. If the requesting party is an member of a Guild Order within the Circle,
written permission shall be submitted to Sir Nano stating that the requesting party has permission
from their Guild leadership to join the OMR. Such permission from Order Commanders
or Guild leaders must be received before membership in the OMR shall be granted.

~*Magic Mails*~

All Magic Mail (MM) sent to Sir Nano shall also be copied to Sir Falco and to the 2nd in command
of the OMR when such 2nd is named and that name is posted on the message Circle Message Board
on the CPRS website.

~*CPRS Message Board*~

Members of the OMR shall attempt to utilize the CPRS message board in lieu of MM whenever possible
and should check said Message Board on a daily basis for messages of interest to the OMR and the CPRS.

~*Rules*~

Those rules established by the CPRS Counsil shall be the standing rules of the OMR, however, from time
to time, as may be needed, Special Orders may be established for the exclusive use by the OMR. Any
such Special Rules shall not apply to other orders within the CPRS.

~*Complaints,Concerns & Grievances*~

All complaints, concerns and grievences that arise within the OMR shall be taken to Sir Nano for discussion
and disposition. Should the matter not be solved at the Commander level then said matter may be taken before
the CPRS Counsil for disposition and remedy.
