Each of the characters had just arrived in the free city of dragons rest when they recived a mysterious message. The message promised that whom every would be sitting at the red table in the Dragon Roast inn come dusk would find great adventure. It was at this conspicuous Red Table that the party was formed. After sharing a few drinks they found themselves gifted with yet another mysterious message. Strangely the message was addressed to another adventuring party sitting at a table near by. But the men were broke and this new message promised fame and fortune. Following the instructions in the message the party found their way to a warehouse on merchant street where they were brought before 3 merchants. The men introduced themselves as Luthor Steadwise, Allan Tekken, and Grendal Green. They enlisted the party on a mission to recover a kidnapped child. This child seemingly autistic had taken from the city some days ago by a fat cleric named Argoth. There were already many other people looking for this child including an assassin from the Akarus guild, a ranger, and a feared mercenary known only as the Huntsman. The party of course inquired as to the importance of the child and the answer they received was some one cryptic. They were told that the child may hold information pertaining to “Gith Sojin”. Gith Sojin was explained as being what all peoples of Stormrealm seek… a way out. Most of this was boring legistics as the party needed gold and they were gonna do what needed to be done. Some time later the party was joined a quickling named whistler and the warrior known only as captain gurns. The party was given some upfront gold and a rod of disenchantment should the child be charmed. After filling up on suplies the Captain led the party to the train relay. An inclined railway used for supplies and relay trades between the cities of Dimspur and Dragons Rest. The party was stuffed into barrels and loaded up. A somewhat humiliating experience but necessary if they were to gain some time. On the ride down the party encountered some troglodytes trying to raid the supply lines. A battle ensued and the party was victorious in their first battle. After arriving in dim spur the party headed to the Fat otter tavern so that whistler could gather some information. While in the tavern Kashmir learned something of Gurns history. He had once been a member of the dragon guard until one night he was found standing over the body of a slain infant. His subsequent death sentence had apparently been commuted by the Stormlord and he had served his time. Soon after leaving the tavern the party was encountered by a swordsman named Predeus. Captain gurns informed the party that this was his fight. And so the Captain and Predeus clashed. Predeus was way too fast and overcame the captain. At the battles conclusion the captain had one arm, one leg, and no tongue. The church of Tyche took him in but the party had to press on. Folling the trail that whistler had learned of the party enlisted on a boat to bring them across lake Tempest near Doomgage. During the sail the ship was attacked by Locathah but the party and their crewmates were able to fend them off. Captain Blufell (Irda) was grateful and allowed the party to take a row boat to the shore they wanted. They came upon a canoe and further evidence that the Ranger had come this way. They soon encountered a Mul druid calling himself Zoemad. The druid informed the party that a fatman and a child had passed going south. Not long after traveling this way the party was attacked by Shinzon, the assassin sent by the Akarus guild. The assassins tactics were clever but the party overwhelmed him. That night the party camped with Ortiz, the tracker. The ranger whom had been sent as they were. Ortiz was friendly but spoke little of the mission. The next morning he was gone. The party pressed on only to meet more resistence. They were ambushed by a shadow mastiff. A vile magical beast known to be bred by the Huntsman. The killed it and proceeded. On the last day of their trek the party met with the worst of the weather, a terrible lightning storm. This was followed up by an unwanted encounter with the Huntsman. Lazgo showed no fear and charged him only to be cut down. The others charged to save him but so too were defeated. Only Cassius survived as the huntsman saw fit to ignore his meddling assaults. The huntsman gathered his treasure and then escaped into the shadows. Cassius and Whistler were able to recoup their fallen comrades and still they pressed on. Soon after dawn they came upon an encampment. A dig site of some sort. Garracks investigation revealed a bunker filled with sleeping dwarves. As the party discussed tactics whistler discovered an easedropper. A gnomish burglar named Fobius. After question ing the party learned that a kender socerer named Kettle Mezner had magically charmed an Illithiad he called Brainmatter. He had used this illithiad to dominate an excavation team of dwarves and a Fat cleric of Grumbar. Kettle’s goal was to unearth an ancient temple of grumbar to gain a magical rod known as the Earthstone Scepter. Kettle was upsessed with escaping storm realm and tried tunneling out only to have the caves collapse. With the earthstone scepter in hand he sought to overcome this. Unfortunatly the wards within the temple had proved impossible to solve. And so Fobius the burglar was dominated and brought here to solve these puzzles and traps. But the final gate could not be solved. Thus the child was needed. How or why was not discovered. Now that kettle had the child he could finally open the last gate except that the other wards had changed and reset themselves. Fobius had been working on this as the party arrived. The child was being kept in the bunker with the illithiad. With this information in hand the party had many options. As the discussion dragged on Garrack grew impatient and ventured inside the barracks. He did not return for sometime and so the frontal assault began. The party stormed the roof of the pace and came from above. They cleverly used the rod of disenchantment to uncharm the Illithiad. With no Hesitation Brainmatter headed for the caves above where Kettle was said to be. As the kender and the Illithiad clashed the party made off with the child. The dwarves as well as Fobius also escaped.

-2nd-Backtracked:
-Garrack-Kashmir--Cassius-Lazgo-Whistler(NPC)-Kragen was lost early on.-
Having aquired the child and escaped into the wilderness the party was beginning their long trek home. They were soon caught up on by 2 shadow mastiffs. They stopped to encounter them as the Huntman came upon the party. This battle was however interrupted by an incoming cyclone. When he party awaoke they were with a monastery on the south eartern shores of Lake Tempest. They were being tended to froglike humanoids known as Tsathars. They had saved the unconscious party in the aftermath of the Storm. Luckily the child had also been saved. The party learned that they had saved the huntsman as well but he had escaped. The party decided to hunt him down. The Tsathar told them that he had killed one of them and had stolen a magical stone which embodied some soul connection to the one whom had been slain. The stone was a small fragment of a much larger stone called the Corelesk, which these monks heralded. The stone was said to protect them from the storm. After learning what they could the party set out after their prey. This track took them into the wayverns. An underground travel way which borrowed through the roots of a once enormous magically tree. In the depths of the wayverns the party faced an Ettercap and a band of Backawn. Finally they reach the other side to find the Huntsman had returned to the dig site where they had rescued the child. The party found there way into the mines of the digsite and decided to brave the Temple of Grumbar in order to obtain the Earthstone scepter. After cleverly solving many riddles and bypassing earthen guardians the party found their way to the last boundary. A riddle but questioned in a language they did not understand. The child solved it for them and they reached the final room. An earthen guardian moved to halt them but the child used its mysterious powers to melt the stone away. Unfortunately for them beneath the stone lied a metal endoskeleton. The guardian crept closer. The child seeming engulfed in meditation summoned a massive earth elemental to subdue the guardian. The party moved for the scepter as another entered the room. The Huntsman came upon them in a frenzy. He quickly cut down Whistler then moved on to Lazgo. Lazgo managed to stun him long enough for Garrack and Kashmir to join the battle but the Huntsman would not fall. He dispatched Garrack and Kasmir soon after. Cassius came for the scepter but the Hutnsman was too quick. As he caught hold of the scepter so too did he catch the flurry of blows as Lazgo shattered his nose sending bone fragments through his brain. The huntsman fell. Cassius was able to bandage the others. After some looting the party vacated. They traveled over land to reach the ferry and retruned to dim spur. From there they were taken to DR to meet with Steadwise, Tekken, and Green. The party hid the child and Cassius tried to run the hard bargain to renegotiate the contract. Steadwise, Tekken, and Green seemingly disgusted left abruptly. Whsitler said he needed to go as well. The party elected to turn the child over to the government of DR. Regent Nadirk excepted the child and settled the party debt to Steadwise, Tekken, and Green. Kashmir bought rooms and food for the party at The Dragon Roast Inn for 6 months.

3rd-CornerStones:
-Garrack-Kashmir-Cassius-Lazko-Whistler(NPC)-
The Party having been relaxing at the dragon roast inn for sometime found themselves accusted by the precocious quickling known as Whistler. Whistler had found a a strange magical stone in the runes of burnt Botany shop. The stone had been built into the foundation as the corner stone of the foundation. This strange red stone seemed to emanate heat and beared a sigil of an unknown origin. The party was jnot interested in solving this mystery as they already had plans. They needed to return to the monastery of the disciples of the storm to return the holy stone which they had promised to retrieve for them. Whistler told them he could return the stone as they began their investigation, the party agreed. First they investigated the botany shop but found nothing. Then they went to the owner of the botany shop, a one mister Rodeena, he told them that the stone was there when the place was built. After leaving Rodeena home the party was ambushed by Mites, crafty little humanoids. After defeating them the party tried to track down more of them. This led them to the Speakeasy, a secret bar locale in dragonrest which only served a little person patronage. Cassius went in and spoke with a man named Eminex Noh. A leprechaun looking fellow known for hus card playing abilities and all arroud slickness. From this encounter the party learned the Mites were serving Kettle mezner. From here the party went to the sage, a one Maxamillian Wisdome. Max proved to be quite wise and helpful. Next they investigated the symbol on the stone which they learned was the craftsmen mark of a gnomish architect named Golamgolak. They found this architect had built many buildings in dragonrest. The party traveled to someof these. Among these buildings was Thaco Nates weapon shop and Armor Eds Armor shop. Finally they decided they had to find this Golamgolak. After much research at the library they found their way to his home on 14 Krem street. The once great architect was now a virtual invalid, bound to a wheel chair and with out power of speech. The party spoke with him at length through minor communication. Eventually he was able to draw a point on a map of where he had found the stones. This led the party to one of dragonrests most popular taverns, The Sanctuary. Upon arriving the party searched the place and even managed to convince the Minataur bartender to let them in the basement. Once in the basement the party discovered there were more sublevels to the structure. They immediately began smashing a hole in the floor. Beneath they found another level. In fact they discovered four more sublevels all apart of an ancient tower which had overtime become mostly covered in the earth. The bar known as the sanctuary was actually the the very top most level of this tower. As the party continued they relized that they could only travel on the north side of the tower. The south side of the tower seemed to be completely cut off by means of a magically reinforced wall. On the second sublevel they located a series of small vaults. The last of these vaults seem to freeze time within it. Upon reaching the final floor of the tower they found it totally submerged. Garrack made clever use of a “Gills” spell so that his party members could breath beneath the water. In the depths they found that portion of the tower wall had been destroyed by a giant spear. An underearth lake was now providing the water which was giving the party such a problem. After scouting this out the party regrouped above the water only to attack a moment later. It was a huge sea creature known as a Kopru. The party stood fast and after sometime managed to slay the beast. The party hunkered down and rest before proceeding once again into the depths. On their second submergence they located a portion of the magical wall which was not magically reinforced. They bashed their way through it creating a rush of water. When the water finally settled they relised they were standing on top of a huge vault door. An identical door to the smaller vault they had found upstairs. They unlocked it to find a massive spiraling pit. Within this pit lied dozens of alcoves and within each alcove lied a huge collections of those cornerstone put together to create large cubes. Inside the cubes they found dragon eggs. They were about 200 of them all kept frozen in time. The party was uncomfortable with the situation and thus decided to lock the vault and get the hell out there. Upon doing so they were interrupted by 2 bounty hunters. Allies of the late Huntsman. Tomac the Gnoll and Kurd the Orc. The party did not hesitate and the battle was on. The party seemed to direct all their efforts against Kurd who fell under the assault. Tomac fought on but in the end all were slain. The party had been victorious. Upon trying to exit the Sanctuary bar the party was blocked by max, the minataur bartender. He demanded reimbursements for the damage done to his floor. The party would not hear of it and thus a battle insued. After some time it became clear that the wounded party was no match for the minataur warrior and that he might just be toying with them. And so the party fled yelling insults and dares to come find them. A half hour later the minataur did just that. He appeared in their room at the dragonroast inn and put an enormous hole in their floor. Then he left and it was time for rest.

-Garrack-Kashmir-Cassius-Lazko-Whistler(NPC)-
After taking a short break and getting the enomous hole in their floor fixed the party went down to the sanctuary bar to smooth things over. Max the bartender seemed cool with that. While there Cassius was approached by a man with very nice boots. The man said he had good work for the party and invited them to meet him near the city barracks that night. The party did just that only to find themselves being arrested. While in jail their were visited by a grey minataur and his entourage. The man with nice boots was present. The minataur introduced himself as Senator Kodos, a representative to the Toryn Council. He said he needed the party for a mission and that they had been suggested to him by Regent Nadark, the stoprmlords representative. Kodos explained that he needed them to infiltrate Akarus, the local theives guild, and that they imprisionment was but a ruse. The senator went on to explain that he would give them a stolen shipment of Magnesium ore to try and fence. Through this process they would also seek initiation into the guild. The party made haste with little delay and found their way to the speakeasy. Once there Cassius met with Emienex Noh and he agreed to purchase the ore. The deal went done without as hitch. Next the party set off to the Boneyard, a tavern in town known to one of low regard. There Garrack met with a guild member and made an arrangement for initiation. Later that night they were instructed to arrive at an abandoned warehouse where they were met by a guild theif named Devon. Cassius and Garrack came forward to join the guild. They were given the following list of tasks to perform before sunrise. (1)Steal madame Byancas journal, (2)Find a precious and rare black diamond hidden within the city, (3)Retrieve the sword for the hand of the statue of Lord Toryn’s statue in the city square, (4)Kidnap father Milas Tomar, (5)Leave a bloody dagger in the room of Regent Petralis without being seen, (6), a yet to be named task. The party set off down to the bizarre where Garrack cleverly stole the journal of madame Byanca. From there they split up. Cassius went to get a dimanond while the rest of the party proceeded to the statue. Garrack and Kashmir boosted the sword while Cassius broke into the Jewelers and took the Diamond through force. Next they headed to Regent Petralis’s residence and left a bloody dagger. Finally they arrived at the home of Father Milas Tomar. The break in failed when a huge war dog caught garrack in the act. The party came through in full force. Taking out the dog and overwhelming the father. They returned to Devon to be greeted rudely. He told them they had done poorly but all was not lost. Garrtack al;one stayed to compelte the final task. The final task was a test of loyalty. Garrack was told to kill his friedn cassius and then he would be part of the guild. He refused and the meeting was over. The party had not successfully infiltrated the thieves guild. The party was met later by Sneatror Kodos and forgiven for there failure.

The party went down to the sanctuary bar and came in immediate conflict with the Taggert brothers. A battle ensued and the party was utterly defeated. They awoke some time later at the hands of Whistler. The party did what they could to reestablish themselves. WHistler offered them a job from Grendall green to get some gold in their pockets. The party agreed. After a breif encounter with Bullywugs they traveled down mount tempest and met Rickle Bones, an archeoleogist whom they were to serve as bodyguards. They helped him transport the skeleton of a long dead dragon to the dwelling stronghold of Toram Vardas, a sage of some sorts. The transport they used was a strange floating skull sent by the sage. Upon arrival Toram greeted them and gave them a breif tour of his stronghold. Within its basement lied a sewries of prisons holding all kinds of undead. Their mission was accomlished and the party was paid. They returned home.Upon doing so Kasmir learned that women he had left had the bar to be protected by harry oakman had been taken advantage oif by the inn keeper. For this the seemingly enraged kashmir kills him.

6th-Alliance and Emnity:

Though all members of the arty had gone to sleep in far different locations, thye now all awoke togther at the home of Grendall Green. Whistler accompanied them to breakfast as they were joined by Gredall. Grendall explained that he had spent much money and resources to protect the party members from the repercussions of their recent actions. He futher instructed them that they would be working for him now. The party was ordered to find a man named Mandigyr and to hunt him down and destroy him. Along the way they were to dismember his network of underlings. They would leave the following night. This point left them thinking one thing. Dealing with the Tagert brothers once again. They immediately headed down to their house and were utterly defeated. They battled a second time a half hour later and were defeated once again. With this out of their system they headed off on their adventure. First they were to find the lair of the wicked little creatures known as Mites and to kill them all. With the help of a magical speaking rat they located their layer just beneath the sewers. They entered and slaughtered them all. Soon after Whistler brought them to the Supply lines to smuggle them down Mount tempest to the city of Dimspur. Along the way they encountered and killed some Troglydytes. Upon arriving in dim spur they were supposed to locate the church of Tyche which had been assimilated by the followers of Mandigyr. In an ill planned effort the party knocked on the door and bushwhacked the only true priest of the temple. They took him away to safety as they proceeded to burn the temple to the ground. They avoided authorites. And returned to see if any of the phantom preists had survived. After some searching they located a secret way into the basement of the temple. There the encountered and killed all the evil preists. At this point Garrack had taken the true preist of tyche, named Geldman to dragonrests. The remaining party emmbers still going on Grendalls instructions met at a rendezvous point were they were to find ytransport. Once there they were found by 4 invisible griffons sent to aid them. The party used the griffon to hook to scoop up Garrack and set off toward the city of Greysmyr were they were to be met by a man named Kintarus. But first they needed rest.

7th-Alliance and Emnity: Part 2:
--Garrack-Kashmir-Cassius-Lazko-Whistler(npc)-
As the adventure began the party was already on route to the elvin city of Greyzmere. They were flying atop invisible griffons when up ahead they saw a pegataur being attacked by a group of hippogriff roiding Irdas. The party just strayed off and avoided this bizarre happening. They soon arrived at the Invisable elvin city of Gryezmyr. The griffons took them to a balcony on a large silver mansion. Once there they were met by Kintarus, a 1500 year old elf who was unable to return to the lands of the undying for he was yet another prisoner of the storm. He informed them of where they could find this Mandigyr. He was currently staying at the main stronghold of the kender socerer Kettle Mezner. This stronghold was located beneath a home in the Tasloi city of Wretchet. The party rested and set off. Within the city of wretchet the party met no resistence. Most of the pathetic little creatures simply surrendered. Even the lord of the town Polo Gitts vacated his seat for them. After a short encounter with a tasloi spell user named Emo sparks the party found their way to Kettles lair. First they battled and killed a balor demon who turned out to be an illusionary altered hook horror. As they proceeded they overcame many traps. They found many prisoners including minataurs, Remhorazes, half golems and others. As they reached the lower levels of his complex they found some strange things. Including a blinded cyclops and a basilisk whom had been feeding off an imprisoned troll. Then they cam eupon Kettles living chambers which consisted of many game rooms. Finally the party proceeded into the aquatic depths. By use of water breathing and free action the party was able to sybmerge and explore. They battled an alter minataur and found a lair of baby dragon turtles. Beyond this they found a charmed dragon turtle. After disenchanting it the drgon turtle aided them. Beneath the entire complex the party found newly dug tunnels. After a short battle with a shadow mastiff the party rested. As they awoke they were met by Kettle mezner. The socerer was not what they expected. He seemed to be quit an agreeable little man and not the least bit hostile. The party bantered with him for most of the morning. Alas he would not agree to hand Mandigyr over to them claiming that Mandigyr was an enormous resource of information. The conversation went bad as the party explained that they had trashed much of his home and his possessions. After this the likable little kender was not so happy nor smug. It was clear a battle was eminent and so Kettle offered them first strike. The party took immediate advantage but could not harm him. But as the party turned up the onslaught Kettle began to battle back. He first turned the stone floor to mud then immediately turned it back to stone. The party now trapped in stone at the hip continued to bombard him with spells. Eventually he was slain and evaporated into magical energy. The party freed themselves and elected to rest before proceeding to finding Mandigyr. This proved to be unwise for they never found Mandigyr. Upon returning to Greyzmyr they learned that Kettle mezner had teleported away with Mandigyr. Thus the party returned home presumedly to hunt down Mandigyr at a later date.

Interlude: Soon after returning to dragons rest the party once again went after the Tagert brothers. The brothers were ready. The party had preatty much won the battle when Cassius attacked the tagert mother whilst she attempted to save the wounded. This made the guards incur as he had broken the rules governing evened combat within the city. Garrack went berzerk and started attacking the guards. He was killed. But some time later he mysteriously regenerated. The party did not delay as they returned to once again battel trhe Tagerts. In the end the party was atlast successful in defeating them. The Constable quite graciously decided to overlook Garracks attack as no guards were seriously hurt.

8th-Shadows Rise:
-Garrack-Cassius-Kashmir-Lazko-Whistler(npc)-
The party had been resting back at Grendall Greens mansion awaiting the time when they would set out once more to locate and destroy Mandigyr. Apparently Grendall had lost contact with Kintarus, the ancient and had few other means to locate Mandigyr. While at the Sanctuary bar Kashmir received a letter summoning him to return to his home city of Shadowrise. The party bogarted Grendalls Griffons and set off. Upon arriving in Shadowrise Kashmir lead the party to his home but it was no longer his home. After slaying some drider guardians Kashmir learned that his house had moved up in the chain of ascension. Upon arriving at his true house (House Glithe) he was brought before his patron father. The patron father was badly sick but still able to converse. Kashmir informed his family of all he had learned of their affliction and its ethereal nature. Afterwards Kashmir was informed of the reason he had been called back. The drow society within shadow rise had begun to return to the old ways where houses would wage war on one another to acquire that said house’s position within the city. One house in particular, House Shar, had been waging these wars continuously and had moved from 12th house to sixth house. They has allied themselves to other evil deity worshipping houses within the city. One of these house was house Ventru. The house directly above house glithe. House Ventru was known to have aided house shar and now it was feared that House ventru might attack house glithe thus being aided by house shar. The head wizard of house Glithe informed Kashmir sometime later that the affliction was definatly created and he tasked Kashmir with studying the history of a man known as Enaren Shar. Kashmir knew of Enaren Shar. He was a wizard associated with house shar who died in battle with Kashmir’s father the very day Kashmir was born over a century ago. The party inquires took them to the Alasshessar, the sage of shadow rise. From the sage they learned that Enaren was not a true member of house shar and that he was infact an alien to the drow. His identity was always concealed by the same bone mask that Mandigyr was known to wear. The party continued their search and found their way to the University of wizardry. Once there they discovered that all tomes pertaining to Enaren had been wiped clean. Upon returning to house Glithe the party met up with Whistler who had been doing some spying. He had learned that Kettle Mezner was working with house Shar and that on the following night house Shar would attack House Hlaund, the 5th house, with the aid of house Ventru. An opportunity had appeared. The party immediately set off to warn house Hlaund and allaince was struck. When the attack came house glithe would come to aid house Hlaund. The following night the call came. Upon arriving at house Hlaund it was clear that someone was invoking the powers of elemental earth. The party broke down one such enchantment revealing corrupted minataur soldiers. Kettle Mezners signature was everywhere. The party began to lay waste to these minataur soldiers. As the last ones fell Kettle Mezner came upon them riding atop a vicious Manticore. Kashmir immediately blasted Kettle with powerful dispelling which left Mezner vulnerable. Mezner would fallback however and created a massive wall of iron. The party continued to bombard Kettle with spells. A few moments later Kettle had the Manticore drop the wall of iron on half the party. Cassius was nearly slain. But the onslaught continued. The manticore broke off to attack Garrack while Kettle brought up a fire shield. Kashmir bore in continuously with volleys of magic missiles. Eventually Mezner remedied this as well with a protective spell. But in the mist of the battle Kashmir had thrown an acid arrow into Kettle which had continued to eat away at him even after his protective spells had come up. And thus Kettle was fallen. As the battle drew to an end Kashmir invisibility detection saw Mandigyr and cleric of grumbar seeking to escape. He utilized Magical dust to turn them visible while the party charged. Lazko stayed behind to finish Kettle but failed as the manticore took the socerer into his grasp and escaped. But the hunt was on. The party had regrouped and were tracking Mandigyr down. Mandigyr had the cleric use the Earthstone scepter to call up a shell of earth to protect them. Garrack was on them immediately and began slicing it to pieces. Lazko soon joined him. Cassius and Kashmir let set more evocation in that direction. As it seemed they finally had them an earth elemental appeared. It took time but the party crushed it. Mandigyr nearly escaped but alas the party came upon him. Surprisingly Mandigyr used low powered spells and was quickly defeated. Upon removing his mask they saw the face of the huntsman. But not to be delayed they quickly burnt all his remains. The party returned to find house Hlaund victorious and house shar totally defeated. House ventru forces were also slain and those forces of house ventru which had remained behind where single handedly slain by the patron father of house Glithe. The day had been won. The party was given fine items as reward for helping house Hlaund and they returned to Dragonsrest. Grendall green was so estatic that he granted the party a large building to use as they would.

9th-Adversary:
-Garrack-Kashmir-Cassius-Lazko-
In the early morn the party arrived at the home of Grendall green to find the place burning. Grendall had been kidnapped and so had Whistler. The parties ivestigation left them with no answers. They left Dragons rest and flew to the grey elvin city of Greyzmyr to seek the wisdom of Kintarus. The ancient elf lord was now even nearer to death. But he was abe to inform the party of a great any things. He told them that the 2 immortals whose constant battle fueled stormrealm had been taking the bodies of mortals to further their goals. The man they had known as Mandigyr in all his incarnations was actually the embodiment possessed of the evil immortal Falacurst. The man they had known as Grendall Green was the reverse of this as he was the embodiment of Rodynzarn. Now Mandigyr had kidnapped Grendall in an attempt to trap him in that form. He had been taken far to the north to the ice fortress of Syrok Nor. With this information in hand the party set off to rescue their employer. The flight into the north lands was perilous and seemingly without end. Alas they came into a powerful storm and were forced to the grounds below. Once in the frozen lands they came under attack by Yetis. These creatures were quickly dismissed. The party on the verge of freezing was rescued by a Furchin nomad named Perry Ironfreeze and broght back to an outlying community of the furchin city of Freejyr. Once inside they were infomred that the fortress of Syrok nor lied beyond an unbreachabe Casm knon as the dreadwind pass which was guarded by the demon of etrenal winter. The party would not however be disuaded. They elected to press on and the furchin told them that if they were going to enter the pass that the should first speak with the traveler. And so they were brought to this being who appeared as a sentient hmanooid made of ice. After speaking with this creature for some time the party learned he was infact a plnar traveler form the elemenetal plane of ice and that he and his kin traveled the planes in search of knowledge. The traveler gave them the best path to safely reach the pass. Not more then a few hours out the party was ambushed by winter wolves. This battle ended quicly with an immediate response of powerful invocations. Finally the pass was reached. marked ony by a massive ice bridge. The demon was revealed to be a ghost drgon long trapped in this domain. The creature would be forever trapped in undeath until its horde had been replenished. And so the creature demanded a toll of many gold. All party members agreed to pay this save for garrack who in turn took the full bront of the creatures breath. thsi effect having aged him some decades. But he was not dead and the party pressed on. Finall now near stormrealms end te party located the ice fortress. Within they encountered many dangers but overcame them all. As they neared the end of the complex they came upon a brigade of drgonmen. Some kind of envoy sent from Drakis to bargain with Mandigyr. The dragonmen mistook the party for servantys of Mandiogyr and for a long while conversed with the party. But this came to end as the dragonmen came to learn the truth. A battle ensued and the party killed them all. As tyhe last of the dragonmen feel a new opponent entered. It was Predeus, the ultra fast warrior who had defeated captain gurns during the parties first mission. Predeus began to hack away at the party seeming to to have no extent to how fast he could move. He was unhittable through normal methods but the parties spells seemed able to harm him. As the battle began to go bad for the party Predeus was forced to flee. The party regrouped and went on to face Mandigyr. When they came u[pon him he was in a meeting with a powerful dragionman General. The general chose to battle as mandigyr fled. After the battle te party tracked Mandigyr only to find him i waiting for them. Mandigyr new form was that of a twisten dearnoloth. A strage unatural mutation of human, demon, and spider. In this new form he was more fomiddable then ever and the party fell. In the closing seconds of the battle Cassius abandoned Lazko and escaped being the sole survivor. He returned some time later and was able to revive Lazko and locate dthe imprisoned Grendall along with Whistler. in this effort Cassius was caught and slain but lazko roamed on. He layed in wait for Mandigyr and with a desperate finally blow won the day. He regrouped his party who were all now quickly regenerating. The party returned home with Grendall and Whistler.

The party had been hiding out in their headquarters back in dragons rest for some weeks. As they awoke one morning they learned that grendall had left with lazko to find a safer place to hide out. Later that morning the party heard a rapping, tapping, at their door. It was a trubrid wereraven messenger from the kender city Wyr. He informed Cassius that his grandfather Grimclaw was dying. With little delay the party set off to Wyr. The concentrated lightning storms made the journey difficult but the party came through. They found granpa Grimclaw upon his detah bed. In his dying moments he requested that Cassius destroy the evil that had been infecting the town. After much investigation the party learned that townsfolk had been slaughtered in their homes and that the water level in the lake had been steadily dropping. Apparently Cassius's brother Alcinder had sought to find the evil and had now vanished. The constable had very few leads. The investigation process went for some time and included tall tales of walking killer fish and flute weilding assassins. Eventually all suspicians led to a kender named Drabat Finch. The party was unable to locate him but learned he had been consorting with a female socerer who was an allied member of a guild known as the Graven ones. The party discerned that the graven ones guild house lied south but a few miles. Upon arriving at this guild house the party came upon a battle. The female socerer had begun an assualt and at present had all the other wizards trapped in a massive pit of mud. The party flew into combat. A maelstrom of magical explosions ensued but in the end the party was victorious. By the time the battle hadc ended the other Graven ones had regrouped. A man named Erepoth spoke on their behalf. They thanked the party and informed them that the womens name was Tyrestina and that she had contracted a magical virus from within the city of Wyr. From their great knowledge they discerned that this virus was demonic in nature and held some connection to something called the Fane of the demon god. An ancient evil temple of the demon Orchemesk. The Graven ones gifted the party with powerful items and scrolls to aid them as they would no doubt attempt to locate this Fane. Upon arriving back in Wyr the party learned that a new island had formed in the great lake of wyr. Investigation proved this island to infact be the very climax of the Fane now submerged but reemerging with the lowering waters. In the roof of the Fane they found a way in. As they began to travel throughout the fane they found many depictions of torture and other demonic things. Finally it was time for battle. An iron chimera came upon them but the party defeated it. This battle was followed upon by a Vrock demon. These 2 encounteres left the party drained. After resting the party pushed on and came face to face with a Glabrezu demon. The battle was long and difficult but the fiend was atlast defeated. As the party pressed on the found their path blocked by prismatic walls. They would need time to prepare their Spells. And thus they fell back to prepare for the final thrust into the heart of the Demon Gods Fane. ------------Demon Gods Fane-A Malhavoc Press-Sword and Sorcery adventure by MONTE COOK--

The party having reached an impass decided to rest in the thrown room of the Glabrazu demon. The party returned to a pentagram symbol that they had found earlier. Through experimentation they discerned that anything that went inside the pentagram vanished. Through divination Kashmire established that this vanishing was not fatal. And thus the party went upon rematerializing they found themselves on a pentagram platform constructed of human body parts. A demonic imp appeared to them bearing wafers and beckoned them to take the first sacrament of orchremesk. Having been told to reach the heart of the fane they would have to receive all three sacraments. The party took part of the first sacrament. They were immediately returned to the fane. After much exploring they found that they could bring down the prismatic walls by sitting in the thrown, this allowed them to reach the lower levels of the fane. They were soon attacked by bodaks. They killed them all. Later they encountered fiendish trolls, and killed them as well. As they pressed on they came upon a roper guardian. Kashmire could not hide his disgust. Tired and abused the party pressed on only to fall victim to a vicious trap. A cage was brought down upon them and flesh golems rose up to poke at them with pole arms, only through whistlers help were they able to over come this. An unexpected aide as not long before the party led by cassius attempted to kill the little fellow. the lower levels the party encountered a ghost. He claimed to be a paladin who had traveled here long ago . He had been the loyal servant of a lord named enchelius. This was shortly after the construction of the fane hundreds of years ago. Enchelius had defeated the vile balor demon charmachnar. Enchelius had called upon his god argent to make waters rise up and consume the fane. Thus keeping the evil at bay for centuries. But now something terrible was occurring. A half fiend named lytaros fel had come to the fane. As the water line above had dropped the evil of the fane had begun to seep out. lytaros was drawn by this, now inside the fane he is attempting to use the power locked within the heart of the fane to change these events in history. Once entrusted with this information the party was reinvigorated and made great haste to finish this quest. Unfortunately these efforts were to be thwarted by a fiendish fire giant of amazing power. This creature made every effort to destroy to the party, but on this day they would not be denied victory. Like the rest of his king before him the fire giant was fallen. After this battle the party took a final rest before finishing this task once and for all.

12th-Demon Gods Fane Part 3:
-Cassius-Kashmir-Garrack-Lazko-Vaden(larry/npc)-Whistler(npc)-
Having slain the demonic fire giant the party needed time to rest. They had been in the fane for over a week with victory still out of their sight. AT this point they had only fulfilled one of the 3 sacraments of Orchemesk. As they continued through the fane the were encountered by demonic retrievers which were quickly slain. Soon after they discovered the second pentagram which undoubtedly marked the second sacrament. Once again they were teleported to a platform constructed of body part still living. The imp appeared to them once again but this time offered them the sacrament of burning. The party had to put their hands in a burning cudgel. Afterwards the party proceeded towards the third pentagram. Once within they were offered the sacrament of Breath. They fulfilled this and return to the fane. With all sacrament performed they could now bypass the heart of the fane. Garrack felt this could not be done unless he fulfilled the sacraments which up until now he had refused to do. And so the party went back so this could done. Upon fulfilling the final scarement the party saw that they was a prisoner still living amongst the dying bodies. They pulled him forth and found it to be another kender. His name was Vaden Blix, a rogue sorcerer who had traveled here with Cassius’s brother Alcindar to stop the evil. Vaden told the party that he was defeated by troll but that Alcindar may have survived. The party took Vaden with them and proceed toward the heart. They came to large chamber guarded by a vampire. They killed the undead thing and discovered Alcindar still living as fodder for the creature. He was in bad shape but would travel with the party. Whistler soon discovered a way to lower the floor so that the party could descend directly toward the heart. They reached this portion of the Fane and were lowered into the clutches of a vile Beholder. The battle was hard fought and in the end the party was victorious. As usual Garrack took the brunt of the assault and was turned to stone. Through dispelling Kashmir was able to remedy this. As they proceed they discovered an illusionary wall beyond rested a chest. Within the chest they located a large magical skull sitting atop a tome labeled the book of vile darkness. They used the skull to summon the mists which transported them directly through the fanes heart. Somehow they must have magically transported into the past. As they now stood watching the epic battle which had originally led to the fanes closure. Enchelious the Paladin was engaged in combat with the Balor demon known as Charmachnar. Strangely though there was another being present. A half fiend of some kind. Undoubtedly the creature Lytaros Fel having traveled back to this point top change the battles verdict. The party wasted no time. They engaged Lytaros immediately. The two battles took place simultaneously. IN the end both battles were won. Afterwards Enchelious thanked the party and they urged him not to call upon the power of Argent to seal the fane. He understood and the party new their task was fulfilled as they were enveloped by the mists which would return them home. When they returned the city of Wyr was once again safe and no one seemed to remember what evil had befallen them. Having been away for quite sometime the party pushed to return home.

13th-Prelude to Oblivion:
-Garrack-Kashmir-Lazko-Cassius-Vaden(papo/npc)-Whistler(npc)-
The party was returning from their last adventure. Upon approaching Lake tempest they could see that the minataur city of doomgage had been conquered by dragonmen. The cites of grim gate and dim spur were taking arms to halt this threat. When the party reached Dragons rest they found the city in turmoil. All men were taken arms, weapons smiths were clanging away. War was coming. Strangely the party learned that live babies were being born. As they reach their home they found a note from Grendall summoning them to the Toryn hall. Once there they found a meeting of the Toryn senate. Grendall was there and asked the party to join him. Inside the senate they were many arguments. Many felt they should defend dim spur, while others said they was no hope to save dim spur. Still others declared that the city was required under the terms of the lake tempest treaty. In the midst of this Grendall spoke up. He declared that the drgonmen were being manipulated by Mandigyr and that there was dragon eggs hidden beneath the city which mandigyr was using as motivation for the dragonmen. He also spoke to the fact that some for the dragon females had survived the draco-giant wars and could pose a threat to Dragons rest. One of the senators declared that the storm lord would have to stand with them. Many of the other senators volunteered to inform him that the storm lord had been dead for many years kept around only as myth to pose a deterrent for invaders. As this political dispute continued Grendall took the party to withdraw. While in the hall one of the senators had spoken of many strongholds the dragonmen had created. All of these stronghold were in striking position of lake tempest. All but one. The last of these strongholds was within the Kjirn mountains. Grendall informed the party that this marked the final resting place of Targos the Titan and that Mandigyr was probably trying to acquire the crook of power. An ultra powerful rod capable of mass destruction. He told the party to seek Kintarus and to stop Mandigyr from acquiring the crook. He also said that this would be the last time they would meet this way. Grednall green was to be no more. Rodyn needed all his power now. The party made haste. Only a few hours out on their way Kashmir detected a crying presence. He saw the form of the spryer as a dragonman like creature. Soon after a terrible Dracolich of which they had helped to created came upon them. The aerial battle was epic and the party was nearly defeated. Cassius was killed via a fall from 700ft. The party collected his remains and proceeded on their way. Not long after they were met up by Vaden Blix. Vaden had apparently been sent by Mox tolen to aid them. Not long after they arrived in the city of Greyzmyr and were met by Kintarus. His physical form had all but failed him by now. He had to communicate via a crystal ball. He gave them a map of the location of the Titans old fortress and told them that a powerful corrupted dragon had been left there. This made little differ3ecne to the party and they set off at once. Upon arriving there they found a greatly destroyed dragonman stronghold. In the depths they found the resting place of the Titan. So too did they find the body of a recently slain dragon form. Someone had already been here and taken the crook. But among the ruins one still lived. It was strange magical creature appearing to be a man sized half bird half wolf like creature called a Senmurv. The creature had been a guardian of good. He told the party that Kettle Mezner had the Crook and that he had also acquired one of the 5 keys of the sojanite. Very soon he would have the other 4. Kettle had traveled to the citadel of Nimrus Zel. Roughly translated as the citadel at worlds end. This magical citadel rested beyond the endless wood at the very edge of storm realm. The party elected to first go to Shadowrise to seek aid from Kashmirs house. Upon arriving there they found drow armies marching with dragonmen. An investigation of the city itself proved that house glithe and some of the other houses were no longer around. With no means to combat this the party left. Soon after they were ambushed by young dragons.. The party killed them and sought a place to rest. On the next morning the party learned that 3 of them shared the same birthday and were exactly the same age. They noted this curious fact and proceeded toward the endless wood. The party made every effort to reach the border of stromrealm but the storm proved too strong. They blasted into the endless wood below. Still they pushed on. Just when all hope seemed lost they were emet by a druid. He declared himself to be the over druid of the endless wood. He agreed to take them tom father who could perhaps negotiate passage to the citadel. Father was revealed to be an enormous treant. The party declared their intentions and father brought creatures to aid them. Small beaver men appeared and brought the party to the citadel by traveling beneath a lake. The citadel did indeed rest on storm realms border as the lightning here could rips mountains apart. But the party managed to reach the citadel safely. Inside they were met by an ethereal servant calling himself the gatekeeper. The party passed him by and entered the only chamber they could. Inside they found a large circular room with huge double doors which suggested the exit to the dreaded storm realm. Within the room were 5 upright sarcophagus. One was closed. Within the closed sarcophagus they found Kragen in some kind of trance. A terrible realization came over them. They were the 5 keys of the Sojanite. Then they heard the laughing of Kettle Mezner. The party parleyed with the invisible kender for some time as is their way. Kettle informed them that he had lured them here and that he planned to use them to open the gates to storm realm and finally escape. When asked of the crook of power Kettle told them that Mandigyr had the crook and that he was bent of destroying all of stromrealm. Other gestures were exchanged but the combat was imminent. Kettle revealed an ally to intimidate the party. It was some kind of Baatorian fiend. Kashmir banished the thing and battle ensued. Kragen apparently charmed was helping kettle. Whistler too switch to Kettles side. Kashmir was immediately banished. Then Lazko was stunned followed by a cue de grace which ended his life. Left with only garrack and Vaden the battle looked grim. Whistler elected to change sides once again to rejoin the party. Garrack took note that at no point had whistler actually hit anyone. But Vaden bent on killing the quickling would not give it up. He continued to battle the little one. This left Garrack alone to face kragen and kettle. Somehow garracks magics kept him safe. Kashmir returned a moment later apparently having been victim to a maze spell. Lazko too was beginning to regenerate. A miraculous spell duel began between Kashmir and kettle. Soon after whistler cut vaden down to pieces. Garrack managed to get Lazko back on his feet. Kragen was soon felled and only kettle remained. The little basterd used a wall of stone to protect him while he revitalized himself with magic. Kashmir dispelled the wall only to have kettle through another wall of force. Lazko used his dimension door abilities to take Kashmir to the other side of the wall. This series of actions left Garrack and whistler out of the combat. Kasmir continued to tax kettle with enervations draining his lifeforce as well as his spells. But kettle could not be stopped. In their last exchange of spells Kashmir bound kettle with fiery chains while kettle blasted him back with acid arrows. It came down to a bound Kettle and an injured lazko. Lazko pummeled the kender but the kenders magic was strong. In the end Kashmir was dropped by the acid and kettle too was injured by the same spell. Finally Lazko was able to deliver the knock out blow. Kettles contingency of course teleported him away. The party had won the day but one thing remained. The doors to escaping storm realm. They took their places with the sarcophagus and opened the doors. The doors did indeed lead out of storm realm but not to were they expected. What they saw was the paraelemental plane of lightning. The gatekeeper explained that long ago falacurst had tried to banish the realm into a dark oblivion. He had attempted to transubstantiate the entire realm into the negative energy plane. As rodyn came upon him this trajectory was altered. And thus storm realm came to rest in the paraelemental plane of lightning. Rodyn had worked magics to encapsulate the realm in a protective sphere. Through further speaking with the gatekeeper the party l4earned that they themselves were the diminished forms of five immortals sent to storm realm long ago to capture 2 rogue immortals. They were called the sojanite. 1 immortal representing each of the 5 immortal spheres. The sojanite has made it so that no immortals could escape storm realm. But they had created this citadel to serve as the sole escape. But it would take all 5 of them to open the gates. Much had been learned don this adventure but much was left to do. The party knew they would have to return to the war ahead of them. Mandigyr seemed to have the crook of power and the armies of the dragonmen. Could he be defeated. This was yet to be known.

14th-Conflict Eternal:
-Lazko-Cassius-Garrack-Kashmere-Kragen-Whistler(npc)-Omaur(pete)-&-Kragen(boof/npc)-
As this climatic adventure was beginning the party was resting in the citadel a Nimrus Zel. A citadel built on the edge of storm realm. Their last adventure had brought them here to find many answers. They had learned the truth of both themselves and the realm of the storm. The region known as Stromrealm actually existed as a demiplane within the paraelemental plane of lightning. Long ago the immortal Falcurst had attempted to cast the entire realm into the negative energy plane. This attempt was disrupted as Falcurst adversary Rodaynsarn came upon him. The destination was shifted and cast here. Only due to Rodyns power was the protective sphere able to save the realm. Sometime later an envoy of 5 immortals arrived. They had come to retrieve the two rogue immortals (Falcurst and Rodynzarn). Even with their combined powers these 5 immortals were unable to fulfill their goal. They erected this citadel Nimrus Zel to contain the nrogue immortals. This unfortunately prevented any souls from leaving Stormrealm. This accounted for all the stillborn babies born within Stormrealm. Those that were born were simply reincarnated souls. Thus there could be no birth without death. These 5 immortals were slain but in storm realm all are reborn. The embodiment of these 5 immortals now dwelt within the party. There was more then curent circumstances which set them against the forces of Stormrealm. The party was resting and reflecting on recent events when a Zodar came crashing into the citadel. The thing spoke “I have been sent by the Tribunal of Heirarchs to ensure the return of the immortals. This citadel is generating a field preventing this. You should leave before I commense with its dismemberment.” With little hesitation the party disembarked. The citadel was destroyed with no trace of the Zodar. Now nothing would prevent souls from escaping Stormrealm. If they could slay Mandigyr/Falcurst now they could be free of him forever. The party was next aided by the beaver men to reunite with the massive treant known as father. As they approached they saw many other figures gathered in a circle. They were Ambrimus Duth, the crystal lich of netheril, En-yuluren, the unicorn, Maynox Ruin, lord of the Galeb Duhr, Imborian, the traveler, and Soerval Glithe of the wandered way. The traveler greeted them and introduced Soerval Glith. They explained that fathered at summoned all the ancients of Stormrealm to discern the coming events. Soerval and Kashmir embraced each other as kin. Soerval explained that what plaqued Kasmir was the legacy virus which Falcurst had created to kill the ancient races of storm realm. As Kasmir had the blood of the immortal Soerval so too would he eventually die. But Soerval had found the cure and administered it to Kashmir. After this the party took flight on their griffons back towards Dragon’s Rest. They returned safely and headed for the Toryn council. They were met by Max the minataur who sent his son Omaur to aid them. They found the council in session. Things had grown worse. Not only had the dragonmen taken the minataur city of Doomgage but they had now used a small army of white dragons to create an Ice bridge across lake tempest. Now they armies could march on the city. Many spoke of Surrender but something else was amidst. In a blast of thunder and lightning the rear doors of the chamber flew open. It was the Stormlord. Long thought dead the grizzled old Storm giant had now returned to stand before his cities lords and champions. The Stormlord kept it short. “I have not come to join your petty debate. This war is yours to fight… as this cities has been yours to rule. My kind has been all wiped from this realm long ago. But rest assured that as long as Dragons still roam this realm, the storm lord will take up arms against them. I must go now to meet with the lords of seas and skies and seek their aid. There will be no terms of treaty or surrender. This war is not one of conquest. It is one of genocide. We cannot rest until all our enemies have felt the cold embrace of death.” With that he exited leaving a stunned assembly behind. The party followed to see what would come next. One section of the city began to quake, people ran in horror. From beneath the city rose a massive Roc. The storm lord took flight upon his steed and set off into the skies. The party was next summoned by Max who had been guarding the dragon eggs kept safe beneath his bar. He had located a magical portal. Someone had been stealing the eggs. The party went through this portal and arrived in the complex of Toram Vardas, a sage of the undead. Inside this complex the party learned someone was using undead to magically age baby dragons. It was Kettle Mesner. A short battle ensued and Kettle fled, claiming to oppose Mandigyr in his own way. The party soon located the cpative Toram Vardas. Toram Scryed to aid the party. The party witnessed the Stormlord meeting with an ancient Cloud Giant and another ancient giant of the seas. The party returned through the portal to find Dragon’s Rest in turmoil, the battle had begun. Armies of Dragons battled vs. the forces of the city Rodynsarn appeared to the party in the form of an ancient elf. He explained that Falacurst must be stopped. The party would need to slay each and every form that could posess. The more powerful form Falcurst took the more power he would have to expend. If the party could force him to take an extremely powerful form and then lure him into the timeless vault Falcurst would be divested of too much power to battle Rodynsarn. The party understood and set off to face their enemy. Ther battle was growing larger by the second. Uhsavden, Giant lord of seas appeared with an army of locathah and Dragonturtles who attacked from behind. The cloud city of Stratovex, ruled by Argaut, the giant lord of skies appeared, armies of pegataurs came from above. The Stormlord took up arms aswell. The party battled Mandigyr in his Salkrith dragonman form and defeated him. But he took the form of a dying creature. The form of Krolandir, the dragonking of the ancient. The party lured him into the timeless vault where had been hidden the eggs of the dragons. Once there they were able to seal him within. Now Falcurst had invested massive amounts of power to possess this form and it was trapped timeless. The incorporeal battle occuring between the immortals had now reached a breach. Falcurst was weakened enough for Rodynsarn to strive for finality. The two immortals battled and in the end they both fell. A massive shockwave came across the realm as Stormrealm was freed of its expulsion into the inner planes. The landmass had returned to the world. It has once known. All were free. The forces of the Dragonmen were defeated and the day was won. Rodansarn in his dying breath thanked the heroes. Soerval Glithe appeared and said there would be many elves who would need his aid now. As no elf in Stormrealm had been able to reach the undying lands in centuries. Kintarus would be the first. Kashmir elected to join up with Soerval. Kashmir would travel to distant realms as had always been his ambition. He bid his friends farewell. The quest to break the bonds of the immortals had been fulfilled. And for the first time in an age the sunrise fell upon the land.
