Parker is....a poophead. Buffy met him her first couple weeks of college when he hit on her in the lunchline. He flirted with her by giving her valuable tips on how to get more food with your lunch-card. He bumped into her a little while later at the bronze and offered to walk her home. As they were walking he notices the scar on her neck (from Angel biting her) and asks what it's all about. She nervously lied that it was an angry puppy. He told her his father recently died and gave her a speech about living for the moment. He also asked her to a party. They met up and went to the party. They danced and eventually things heated up and Buffy slept with him. She woke up the next day and left at his request telling him to call her. She didn't get a call, and a few days later she found him hitting on another girl with the same lines he used on her. She asked him and he says they just had fun and blows her off. She was devastated and Willow went to go talk to him. While she was talking she was furious to find him hitting on her too! Luckily, before she could succumb to his "charms", a fire started and they got saved by cave-Buffy. He tried to apologize and she hit him on the head with a stick for his troubles. Later on, Forrest was asking Parker about his experience with Buffy. When he starting laughing and joking about using her, Riley decked him. Parker is assumed to still be out using girls everywhere.
