December is the daughter of Arxaphad and Syrena. Being part dragon, therefore a Brood, she has the ability to transform between human and dragonic state. She was inducted into the Neo-Silver Dragons soon after she reached the age of sixteen. Kind and gentle, December is the glue that holds together the Neo-SDs through their rivalries and arguements. She can solve any arguement and make both sides compromise. In the battle department, December does her share, being skilled with a staff known only as the Ancient Blessing. In dragon form she is more destructive, tending to blanket battlefields in a fog of ice.
