Once human, Kel-Ein was a police officer that once helped Ren then was wounded in battle. A few years after that he was mortaly wounded while fighting Project Pheonix along side Ren. Ren, seeing this took out the remaining guards and went to the lab that was on the base there he inplanted all of Jax's memories, feelings, etc., into the type ZX repoid body. From then on he was known as Kel-ein.
