Not much is known about Marshall. He was found by Kendaku Zero collapsed in a gutter one rainy night near Fort Luminienne. Taken into the fortress, he recovered and decided to stay. Eventually, he was inducted by Hydra MacCarthy and Aly Yui into the Neo-Silver Dragons, where his skill with a gun and his mysterious "Kappa Gauntlet" - the clawed metal glove he wears and never removes - could be used for their purposes.
