Guarantee
We
take great pride in our work and personally guarantee the
craftsmanship of every item upon delivery. If you find a
piece defective (due to negligence on our part) within 15 days
of purchase, we will gladly repair or replace item free of
charge, or if you prefer, issue a full refund. Simply email
or
call (808-283-3391) to let us know it's on the way. Your
refund will be issued upon receipt of item (return shipping not
reimbursed). Please do not return any orders without first
contacting us. All returns must be accompanied by a
copy of the original invoice.
If
upon receipt, your purchase just isn't as you thought it would be
from the websites pictures, we will issue a store credit in
the amount of item(s) purchased. Please contact us by email
or call (808-283-3391) prior to returning the item(s).

All
items are shipped free of charge via U. S. Priority Mail or U.S.
Global Priority Mail. All available items (one-of-a-kind)
are shipped out within 48 hours of receipt of payment and can be
expected to arrive on your doorstep in 1-5 days from date of
purchase. If you need your jewelry to arrive more
quickly, express maill
for 2 day air delivery ($14.00). As we are located in Hawaii, we do
not have available overnight delivery.
