Money and comfortable living are more important

Families worked together in peach orchards

Orchards abandoned, Hopis eat newer foods

Natural springs gave water for daily needs and spiritual needs

Wells were dug and the springs dried up

Still, there is good news. Students are helping in restoring the springs and the ancient Hopi way of life.
