-Any unlawful act is subject to punishment.-

**Murder**
Anyone who commits a murder, if a proper
legal contract has not been issued, the accused will be charged and tried for murder 1, and is
subject to the mercy of the Grand Jury.
However, if the killer had been issued a contract, he/she is granted
immunity and no legal action can be taken against him/her.
No legal action can be taken against the winner of a Death Match, as this type of match has the consent
of both parties. Contracts may be saught against the winner of a death match by a loved one,fellow guild/clan member, or family. Approval is entirely up to the forum president and depends on the circumstances.
The penalty for a convicted murderer is death by execution.


**Theft**
Anyone caught stealing from forum members will be charged and tried for grand theft.
Valid proof of the theft,or attempt of theft must be submitted or the case will be dismissed.
If valid proof is recognized, trial will commence. If convicted, the assailant is subject to
the mercy of the Grand Jury. Legal action may not be taken against registered theives. However, if a registered theif is caught stealing or attempting to steal from a forum member, they will be stripped of
their Reg#,fined 500 gp and 1,000 exp.


**Treason**
Anyone accused of treason will be arrested, investigated, and if necessary endighted and brought to trial.
The Forum President reserves the right to act as sole judge and jury, and the right to sentence without appeal in cases of suvere treason. The penalty for a convicted traitor is death by execution.


**Rape**
Rape will absolutely not be tolerated what-so-ever, and anyone accused will be arrested and investigated.
If valid proof of a rape is presented and recognized, the accused will be brought to trial and tried by jury. The sentence for a convicted rapist is death by execution.

**Kidnapping**
There are no set rules for kidnapping, and anyone accused of kidnapping a forum member will be thoroughly investigated and brought to
trial. The penalty for a convicted kidnapper is a fine of 1,000 gp and 1,000 exp.


**Slavering**
Slavering is tolerated to an extent. Slave Matches are allowed, and exp/gp winnings are stated in the combat charter. However, slavering is not a recognized profession in RUG and will not be treated as such. Any such acticity is done strictly at the disgression of both parties, with the condition that consent is given by both parties before hand. Force Collaring will not be tolerated. Anyone accused of Force Collaring will be endighted and brought to trial, where a jury of peers will decide the verdict.

**OOC**
Now really,there are only a few things to cover here.
First, mun bashing is just stupid and distasteful, especially unprovoked. I mean really, its just a game. Its your choice how and who you talk to, but if someone is constantly and seriously talking shit, then action will be taken and you'll probably be blacklisted, depending on the suverity of the content.
Anyone who takes an IC issue into OOC and crosses the line will be ignored,
and if that person should persist, they will be blacklisted.
Anyone found to be altering or fabricating false logs will be blacklisted.
