what it a pentacle?
a pentacle is a five pointed start that represents the four elements and the spirit. It should lie in the middle of your altar for all your spells unless otherwise stated. pentacles can be bought, but they can just as easily be made.
myou can make your own pentacle, take a pair of compasses and draw a circle. keeping the compasses open at the same distance, place the point of the compasses on the perimeterand make a mark to create a cross on the edge of the cross and make another mark. continue to do this all the way around the circle.
You will now have 5 crosses, with a ruler draw a line to link up every other cross. when completed you will have a pentacle.
for spell use you can make a pentacle out of stiff card or, if you have access to the right equipment, from wood or clay.
