Why I Built This Site
- To give what I'm sure will often be a minority opinion on any number of issues in the world of professional wrestling. I'm not your typical internet sheep that worships the ground that the so-called "inside" reporters walk on.
I'm not going to follow anybody else's opinion; I make my own opinions, going off of facts and how I see things. Being a bandwagon jumper like 95% of current internet wrestling fans is, in a word, sad.
- I'm a Triple H fan. Yes, a member of what is rapidly becoming a (hated) minority on the internet. More than that, though, I consider myself a more "militant" Triple H fan- I'm not going to sit back and let
my man get bashed without having plenty to say about it. If you're an anti-Triple H fan and you don't like what I have to say on this subject, do yourself a favor right now and go back to Bandwagon Land.
- I don't believe in "kill them with kindness". I've never been a passive person and I'm not about to start now. My writing style has always been direct, open, and in-your-face; hence, the title of the site.
- My last reason is that starting a site of my own is something that I've wanted to do for a long time, and when inspiration hits... well, you should go with it. This is my first website, so I'm new to everything to do with it. Therefore things might be a bit slow-moving while I get used to this, so please try to bear with me.
Things You Will See on This Site
Columns on any given number of subjects related to the wrestling world. They might be about individual people, events, storylines, or they might be filled with a bunch of different random subjects. I write about whatever comes to mind at the time, there doesn't tend to be a method to my madness unless I've really got something to off about.
Opinions differing from 95% of the rest of the internet. Of course, though, I don't disagree with "them" on everything- just most things. So no, I'm not going out of my way to disagree with everybody. But it will happen.
At some point or another, you will probably read something that offends you. Deal with it; I've been reading things on the internet that have offended me for three years now. The site is my response to a lot of them.
Things You Will NOT See on This Site
Bashing the product for the sake of bashing the product. I can't tell you have annoying it is to go on "smart" wrestling sites and read feedback and columns just ripping apart every little thing on every WWE show. I tend to look at the positive of the shows, and unless something sucks horribly, I won't gripe about it.
Sheep behavior. I'm not going to base anything I write off of somebody else's opinion just to be "cool" like so many smart-marks do. When I criticize something, I'll always back it up. Sheep who can't form their own opinions suck.
