Seniors and teachers pay $10 for an annual iREWARDS membership; however, these discounted rates are only available in stores as there is no way to verify teachers or seniors online. Q. How can I change my language preference or opt in to receive iREWARDS e-vouchers? A. iREWARDS customer service can change language preference or opt in to iREWARDS e-vouchers. Otherwise, you can request this change in store and the store will forward your request to customer service. Q. How do I buy an iREWARDS membership on chapters.indigo.ca? A. It's easy - just go to the main iREWARDS page, click the Buy Now! button and follow the instructions. Once you purchase your membership, you'll automatically be given a temporary membership number so you can start saving and collecting iREWARDS points right away! Q. What do I do when I receive my iREWARDS card in the mail? A. You'll receive your iREWARDS card in the mail within approximately 2 weeks of purchase. Once you receive your permanent card in the mail, be sure to replace your temporary membership number with the number printed on your card. You will be prompted to sign into your account; simply log in with your email address and password. If a member renews after the expiry date, any outstanding points revert to zero. Members will know when their card expires by the expiry sticker affixed to the back of the card. Members (with a valid mailing address) will also receive a renewal notice approximately 1 month prior to expiry. Q. Who are our partners? A.
