To make any of these tenses negative, simply place "nai" after the word and suffixes.  IE- "Youji Bienséance Bokokugo apprendtsunai!", "Youji's hasn't learned Bienséance Bokokugo".  Poor Youji!

To deal with irregular French verbs which do not exhibit the standard er or re ends, sorry, you've just kinda got to wing it.  For examples of how winging is done, please see the translation for the BB section in part 20.  Mind you've read part 20 though, it's spoiler-ful.

Eeek! How do you pronounce all of those double A's? Well, in Japanese, a prepeated vowel such as "aa" would simply tend to hold the "ah" phoneme twice as long as it is normally spoken.  The destinction is perhaps difficult for english speakers to master or even recognize, but really very, very simple ^_^.  It's almost like whining.
