Strawberry Shortcake
"Life is Delicious"
For Halloween this year (2007) I am making a Strawberry Shortcake costume for a friend's 2 year old daughter, Emma. It will be the vintage version (as pictured above) not the modern one.
Construction complete! I've made the green and white striped tights, bloomers, red dress and apron. Mom decided to go without the hat, so we used the strawberry patterned fabric for pig tail hair ties instead.
