A scarlet colored mare parades over, the perfume of roses permeated the air around her. "Sella li! Welcome to Charity li Devaina'Deyut, Charity of Shaded Lengend. Led by both Haldir and myself, Atath'si'klissta." She nods her head courteously, making the crown of flowers dance. We're a partial charity with some members being open and others not.
