The beach with clear, blue water
That rolls with white foam waves
Is blowing as it covers
The rocks that it enslaves.
The sand is fine and velvet now
As the ocean gives and takes.
White water captures all the feet
That walk along the edge.
Stones are really crackling
As waves that come and go
Try with such defiance
To fight the undertow.
I love the beaches, all of them
In their sunlit, crystal glow.
I'd love to be there when the sun
Turns everything to gold.
