This is a tactical Ruleset for FOT. there are three sides, The SWAT, the Terrorists and the Hostages/Innocents. This is to be played ONLY on skirmish maps, preferably High Noon because of its town like nature. put on word wrap The terrorists must find the hostages and take them hostage (kind of obvious. the hostages cant say no, they must go with them. Preferably the terrorists should take them into a building. the SWAT have to rescue the hostages and take out the terrorists. The hostages though, can make an attempt to escape, but then the terrorists can shoot one of them if he notices. ONE hostage may take a shot at resistance and attack the terrorists, but they can fight back. If there are no hostages or SWAT left than the Terrorists win. If the SWAT kill all the terrorists then they win if there are at least 4 hostages left alive. POINT LIMIT 5k ALL CHARS MUST BE under 5k FOR THIS RULESET SWAT characters. SWAT gets 1 man per player.
