Where I am today

Where I am now is I need to finish the door jams and fix some of the crome work. But I can drive it and it does not look too bad. One person wanted to know if it was an old Taxi. My friends call it the "Banana Boat". I don't mind. I have more class in my hubcaps then they have in their hole cars.

Engine bay is done and all systems working like new.

Hole car in primer, at last.

Now it is all in primer I put the crome back on so I can drive it. It will be like this for some time as I have other things to work on and to give me some time to get the paint for body worked out.

This is the way it should look when done. The red (titin red) is the factory color of my car. One of the reasons I call what I am doing a refresh and not a restore is my car was all red from the factory. I am going to have the top be white with the body red.
