Well be bringing info and reviews of - the hippie trail, a documentary series of how in the late 60s throughout the 1970s 1000s of us and European citizens, and other curious people ventured through Afghanistan and made friends with random people of this land, yes that's right, it was very different in those days, seems these people who were classified as hippies, and flower children had a vision, sense of adventure and wanted to make friends in this foreign land, what a bold and intelligent move on their part.
the conservative wants you not to become wise, so they have closed are access to books, libraries and so on. They wanted a nation of small minded people who think an talk like phony people on TV like Dr. Phil, and Miley Cyrus....so when they appear just change the channel. . . whether you realize it or not you have become wiser, more aware, and the plan the conservatives have is backfiring., , uh, oh my a cog has become loose inside the giant machine, it is unraveling. the good seeds have been sown.....

This famous muslim was originally born Steven Demetrius Georgiou,....he is known by most people as Cat Stevens, a well known folk singer of the 70s era with big hits like 'wild world',....several yrs ago he was told by an airline crew that his presence on the plane made them uncomfortable and was asked to leave, forgot what happened afterwards but it made headline news, he had left the music industry many yrs before, but realized in more recent yrs that its the music he made was perhaps his greatest contribution in helping others, .....something about music, and sounds, and lyrics to go along all in a song seemed vital in life, and so he returned to the stage
Henry Rollins singer of Hardcore punk band Black Flag, political activist, radio dj visited the country of Syria out of curiosity, and like those who ventured forth on the hippie trail long ago, probably wanted to extend friendship to random people of Syria, and so on, returning to the usa he was taken into a room by the Fbi, yelled at and threatened, see this link for more info -

So it seems many yrs ago, sometime after the ' summer of love ' random people from the western world became friends with people in Afghanistan and smaller countries and provinces of that area, you see most people on either side have nothing personal against one another, its the evil CONSERVATIVE mindset that assumes the worst of all people, so they ( the governments who run these countries have been subconsciously trying to turn us against one another, can you see the point being made here ? It's similar in the era of WW2, a huge majority of German people have nothing personal against the Jewish, and the gypsies, but when you are given no choice in the matter, naturally an artificial hatred of each other is pointless, better to wise up and see the true agenda of conservatives who are in power in all governments. They use people as pawns in a giant game of chess. Through manipulation of the media they distort the truth, millions of people agree with these simple statements, its because people are becoming more aware of their place in this global battle of good vs evil. It is easy to see how corrupt these governments have become. There is nothing good to be found in conservatism, it is an outdated, corrupt, and morally wrong stance to take, try and be the opposite of a conservative and you feel better, stronger, more united with people, and a newer outlook on freedom.
In the end good overcomes evil, and the evil stares us in the face through our TV and news reports. They're very good at lying and covering up many things wrong in the system. Most of the distorted logic seems to attempt to relate to the general public on a bad TV game show level, or as if a group of people are easily manipulated, led by a narrator whom might as well be greeting the general public by saying

but afterall this is site is called ~ 70s invasion, since sometime back when we began this resource center in the fall of 1999, we immediately began to get emails from people all over the globe, mostly from various European countries, and the usa thanking us, asking questions, and mailing us free music they knew we would review...we were quickly able to establish a network of like minded souls where people could meet.....

Then confess the sin or crime to someone close to you, in your family, people you live with, your friend down the street, if your having a real hard time actually doing so, then listen to some of the downloads below before doing so, ))

Spiritual consciousness opens up a whole new realm of life here on earth. There isno reason to wait until a person becomes old or passes on to experience it: spiritual realization can happen to a child. When it does whether to a child or one well along in years it represents spiritual maturity which is not subject to the things or thoughts or powers of this world. Those of spiritual consciousness can walk through the world and not be touched by it. They can walk in the midst of war and not be hurt; they can walk in the center of infection, contagion, and epidemics and never be touched, they can go through panics and depression and not be affected by them. The reason ? Spiritual consciousness is not subject to material or mental laws or powers because they are not powers.
Spiritual consciousness is not under the law: it is under Grace.

.....Let me bring it a little closer to home. Suppose your community is warned of an impending epidemic. Fear not; it is only temporal power. Fear not; God is Spirit, and Spirit is the only power, the only substance, the only activity, the only law. Germs have no power. God is Spirit,and all the power there is must be spiritual. That leaves no room for other powers: no power left for the germs, no power left for the bullets, no power left for the bombs. Why ? Because infinite Power is spiritual power.
Perhaps you, yourself, have lived through some epidemic and through metaphysical or spiritual means have proved the epidemic was not a power. The germs were proved to be nothingness, and either the discord did not come near your dwelling place, or if it touched you, it was quickly met, not by might and not by power, but by knowing the truth that God is Spirit. One mark of spiritual consciousness is the degree in which we have learned the nonpower of all that exists as effect, whether it is "man, whose breath is on his nostrils, his germ theories, or his stockpile of bombs. The extent to which we no longer fear these attests to the measure of our spiritual consciousness.

The word of God, the truth in our consciousness, is what we live by, and so, we must make it a practice every few minutes, every half hour, or every hour to pause to remember some statement of truth. Some word of God must be entertained in our consciousness throughout our days and nights, and then eventually we are fed more by those very passages if truth than we are fed by the food we eat. This we may call practicing the presence of God. Pondering the word of God and maintaining it in our consciousness is contemplative meditation. It takes only a few months of this type of living until a new experience comes to us. Then in some moment of need, when we are not thinking truth, a word of truth will come into our consciousness from the Invisible, something that we ourselves did not consciously think. There is a spirit that dwells in us. It is invisible, and we cannot see It with our eyes. It is incorporated. We cannot even feel It, but we can experience It; we can know its there by Its fruitage, because with the realization of its presence, we instantly lose all fear.....
What is a consciousness that is not imbued with Omnipresence ? What is left when God is taken out of our consciousness ? Fear, ignorance, superstition, desire, anxiety, concern, get, give me, help me, I, me, mine ! When God is absent from our consciousness, we are living a life with all the accidental happenings that make up the human experience. Only when consciousness is filled with the presence of God is it true that nothing can enter " that defileth . . . or makeshift a lie. "
We cannot have a consciousness filled with God and fail to understand that all mankind is really God in manifestation. Mankind as a whole is not showing this forth because it is ignorant of its true identity, just as we were before we were awakened. If our consciousness is filled with God, nobody has to tell us how to act, because there is no way for us to act: there is only a way for God to act in us and through us.
(( not sure if all spiritual truth of various scriptures around the world is written in present tense, but Goldsmith makes an interesting point in the next excert ))
. . . "I am the bread of life." The Master did not use the future tense. In fact, all spiritual truth is written in the present tense : I have; I am; God is.
