This is a basic prayer, turned into a chant, the first is in English, the 2nd one is its translation . Keep repeating it anytime of the day randomly, and you'll find your luck and overall well being increasing, but only if you are sincere.

There are parallels in music and the technique of combination in three areas: 1) Music making and letter-combination operate by means of the harmony which is produced by the conjoining of two different principles; two different instruments (kinnor and nevel) ) two different tones from the same musical instrument, or the jioning of two different tones from the same musical instrument, or the jioning of two different letters in the process of combination. The movement from one string to another described by Abulafia is similiar to a certain technique of combination which begins with a particular letter and either moves to the adjoining letter or skips over 1 or more letters: i.e., A-B, B-G, G-D,etc., or A-G, B-D, G-H, etc.
2) Letter combination, like music gladdens the heart.; it does so by means of the "hidden things which are found in the transposition of the letters," wherein the joy comes from uncovering the secrets. 3) Like music, letter-combination is an activity which takes place outside the soul, influencing the soul onwards.

It is known that sound is heard more loudly in a place which is hollow or pierced, due to purity of the spiritual air which enters therein, as in the case of the kinnor and similar musical instruments, which produce sound without any speech, and so also the concavities of the upper stories, caves, mountains, bathhouse, ruins, etc.,whose interior is hollow. Notice that from there is also produced a sound like the sound of one who is speaking. By means of a secret you will understand the meaning of 'Moses spake and God answered him by a vioce' [Ex. 19:19],i.e., in a voice similar to that of Moses. You must know that the body of man is full of holes and cavities, from which you may understand how the Shekinah dwells in the body which is pierced and [contains] cavities and which produces speech.

Abulafia's system of thought is dominated by two major concepts: the intellect and the imagination. The literal meaning of the Torah is associated with the intellect and the imagination, while its esoteric meaning is associated with the intellect. These concepts also provide a key to understanding his visions and their hidden meaning. The allegoric approach characteristic of his scriptural hermeneutics will thus assist us in understanding the meaning of his own visions. While Abulafia's Biblical interpretation is a clear example of allegorization of the text---that is, the introduction of an allegorical meaning into a text in which there is ab initio no such a clear-cut definition. On one hand, Abulafia attempts to interpret personal experience through the use of concepts inappropriate to the type of material which they are meant to interpret, on the other hand, those concepts which Abulafia made into cornerstones of his thought may be expressed allegorically in his visions, so that the interpretation itself is not so much an allegorization as an uncovering of the allegorical element inherent within the vision. We will not attempt to decide this question at this point, but it worth citing here Abulafia's own words concerning the need for an interpretation, of his visions. In Sefer ha-Ot,p.85 he writes of his vision:
"This is the meaning revealed to all, but the hidden meaning may only be understood by one who comprehends it by himself"

......What the mgmt. behind this website is suggesting is completely valid and has roots that goes back for centuries, and is very different from the religious doctrine that the conservative right wants for school children. While theirs is based solely on overly wholesome Christian values, our viewpoint advocates not only basic Christian values, but an amalgamation of spiritual values ; Jewish, Hare Krsna, Hindu, Muslim, Unitarian, and so on. Basic values of each major religions under God taught to school children beginning at a young age, all for a better future for the u.s.a and the world 🌎......if you have read other quotes, and excerts from this book we've added to our downloads section 31, and 32 you see that the authors words that were valid during WW2, are much more than relevant today as we near the end of 2021.......(children are becoming restless as was the viewpoint in the film Santa Claus Conquers the Martians).....a good majority of children in this country are becoming misguided following viewpoints of certain adults whose morals are growing worse and the end result is that many boys become thieves to try and make extra money because they don't realize the bad karma associated in stealing from non corporate businesses and their friends, and many young girls turn to whoredom to satisfy the whims of males, not knowing any better and the bad karma that sends all into a moral decline which sometimes ends in jail terms, and broken families.
......Where you ever taught about Relationships in public schools ? How about what a Soul is ? Unlikey is this country. Relationships are what we learn from family, friends, and in the streets. No wonder most marriages end in divorce so many kids are quick to fight with their peers. Sociology and Philosophy are courses some people study in college. However a basic study in these subjects at a young age with a strong spiritual background would mean that children would be raised more intelligently and there would be far less crimes, far less hate crimes, and prejudice reduced amongst people in general. Many believe that the conservatives who run the system don't want this, they want to keep a certain ratio of people incarcerated so that the rich can continue to live off of poor people and continue their misguided evil agenda of dividing people rather than uniting them. In an ultra conservative world such as the one that exists in North Korea we would all become slaves to the wrong ideals, and to a backward system. God is looking upon everyone to make a difference and not to embrace conservatism at all, but to embrace intelligence, honesty, freedom, individuality and kindness to others completely different from you and I, all for the sake of a better world :)

So let's all jion to send suggestions to the South Korean government, and the underground revolt against North Korea and the conservative government there. Recently Kim Jong-un had a few people executed because they were watching K pop videos. These are Korean music videos of young people singing and dancing, these videos are harmless and just made for entertainment. The conservative dictatorship of North Korea has gone way too far, even bums in the Taliban would care less if people in Afghanistan 🇦🇫 were watching K Pop videos, This administration has gone beyond our planets boundaries of cruelty and will be stopped, but only with a united effort to overthrow that government.
Already attempts have been made to bring attention to the Underground Revolt brewing against Kim Jong-un, such as dropping leaflets all over N. Korea so that the people there are made aware, perhaps a Trojan Horse 🐎 would be a good start, or sending the Korean government leaders the film Scrooge, or a film with strong moral about freeing people or having a complete change of mind like alabama governor George Wallace later and changed his racist ways.. ...... send your suggestion to the Underground Organization in Korea at this link here .The North Korean Liberation Front-

One would suppose that enemies of God and of the church would learn from history that the attempt to rob a nation of its religion starts troubles of all kinds. It divides the citizenry; it engenders animosity and hatreds between classes; it forces religion into politics; it creates a popular discontent, and it always gives a great setback to education itself.
Dec 6th 1940 Gandhi wrote - " To try and root out religion itself from society is a wild goose chase. Were such an attempt attempt to succeed, it would mean the destruction of society. Superstition, evil customs , and other imperfections creep in from age to age mar religion for the time being. They come and go.
