The Sisterhood of Xant was formed during the rise of the Emperor to honor the ancient Sith warrior queen, Xant. It was said that Xant could drain the very life force from any living being. It was thought that such pracices and powers were long since forgotten, but during the years after the fall of the Old Republic, three of the Emperor's most trusted disciples discovered the power, and founded the Sisterhood. The three each embodied the aspects of Xant.
