Ali, just for further clarification, here
is a summary of our
call yesterday:
Microsoft has been getting numerous
complaints regarding Sales
and Legal issues pertaining to Realnames continuing to sell generic
terms.
Microsoft considers this to
be a very serious issue and we will
be meeting with our management to discuss options that may or may not
be necessary.
Some of the options being
discussed might be in the "drastic"
category if we are not able to get this resolved.
We discussed a few of the specific generics
that had been sold but also
stated we want to address the larger issue of how to stop the flood of
these rather than handle one or two at a time.

Randy, Thanks for the phone call / heads up.
We got a similar letter regarding Hip Recall and we responded to that.
Additionally, we've have had discussions with Bill Bliss and his team on
the how to deal with generic issues. This discussion is still
continuing.
You've mentioned that you've got hundreds of this type of letter. Would
you kindly share some of those letters with us. If you have them in the
electronic form, can you please email some of those to us. We want to
make sure we are aware of all those complains.
