For those of you who don't know the series, "Pepper Ann" is a seventh grader who claims to be "too cool to be twelve". Well, that happens to be a big fat lie, but who is too cool? You got it, Milo Kamalani.
I was drawn first to the character because the actor Danny Cooksey (read: Budnick from "Salute Your Shorts") is his voice, but as you all know, I fall for the artists and I fall for them hard.
Milo is a true free thinker. As an artist he often feels that he is misunderstood, but in the layman's defense, it takes some heavy philosophic pondering to decipher his deeper meanings. ("Art is life. Without art, comic books would be brief novels!")
Milo is best known for his love for video games (holds the record for Crunch Pod) and pizza sauce, and decoratively mowing his neighbors lawns.
