Who is this? Miyavi??

Yes, ladies and gents, your heard me correctly -- the name's Miyavi.

Former guitarist of Due le quartz, Miyabi, has officially kicked off his solo career sometime between the course of mid-summer to DLQ's disbanding. And besides the name change, Miyabi also has a somewhat different look from his DLQ days -- primarily natural beauty. (IMO, doing the "DEG thing"...*coughcough*)

Anyway, he's currently released a new single and PV for the Fall titled, "Girls, be ambitious." I have no idea what it sounds like, but from what I hear from my sources *beams at Brittany*, it seems like it's ok. Don't take my word on it, though, go d/l the song on Kazaa or whatever places that haven't been shutdown yet.

And on 10/31 -- Miyavi's first solo album will be released. The price is 3,500yen (tax in), which is already hella expensive in yen. Just imagine what the capitalist pigs who import it into the U.S. will charge for it...-__-;; And, uh, I really don't know what the full name of the album is (or what half of the songs on there are called), so very sorry I can't provide the info. Well, like Gordon @ jrocknyc.com would say: "Gah! Damn kanji!"

>.<
