Lighting Installation Page 1

MATERIALS :

- 35W halogen driving/fog light kit $20
- pair of 1 1/4" mounting clamps for highway pegs (2x$8=) $16
- extra junk pair of old highway pegs with holes in them
- Loc-tite 'Blue'

LIGHTED AUXILLARY SWITCHES :

I am changing the auxilary lighting switch set up a little bit
Am adding two lighted switches ... the lower one will be orange and will control the front fender marker light i am having installed so that it can be shut off in the daytime to reduce battery load and to save the life of the bulb ... the upper red one will control power to the auxillary driving lights - i am keeping the other switch on the handlebar in the circuit to act as a 'dimmer' shut off swith at the right grip so i can control it in traffic situations better - the red one will feed power to the grip switch ... the lighted switches will let me know more easily if they are on or off and becuse i needed to add a second switch for the fender light anyway so figured they might as well be lighted ones - LOL

i've also recently added a headlight visor
to go with my chrome kick for the aircover and horn cover
