HELP

But what can I do to help you ask? You can do anything and everything, heck, you can email us and that would be doing something!
You could join Taps or anything! just make an effort cows CANNOT defend themselves!

.) Don't wear leather or fur.

.) Boycott stores or companies where animals are treated cruelly.

.) Don't buy cosmetics (or other products, excluding medications, unless you wanna get really-super-duper into it) that are tested on animals.

.) Spread the word! Stand up for your beliefs and share them with family and friends (without being pushy or preachy-people don't like that. If you want them to respect your beliefs, it's only fair to respect theirs.)

.) Start a petition for vegetarian foods in your school or work cafeteria.

.)Write letters to companies that practice animal testing, asking for a cruelty free alternative.

.) Four words: Eeew! Dissection must go. (That poor froggie! Or mouse! Or fish!) Side note: in this modern age, there are alternatives to actual dissection, including the use of models and virtual dissections.

.) Adopt a cow. (Yes, it can be done, hopefully I can get the link on here sometime soon)

.) Never back down or let anyone make you believe that vegetarianism is worthless-you're saving an animal AND the rainforest! (See WHY EARTH LOVES YOU.) Stick to YOUR beliefs, whatever they may be--it pays off.

.) Remember: The farm animals love you!

.) Drink only "shade-grown" coffee--it saves trees and the animals that live there.

.) Buy organic, locally-grown products whenver possible.

.) Recycle--and I don't just mean cans, paper, and bottles. Find out how you can recycle cell phones and ink cartridges.

.) When buying appliances, look for EnergyStar products. You'll save money and conserve energy. (I don't work for EnergyStar, I swear.)
