About This Layout

Look Ma, a layout! I (Renee) took the bare bones of this layout from Komet Tails Designs. And I say "bare bones" because I can't download .zip files, so I couldn't get the "full layout experience". ='( Anyhoo, I made the most adorable header I've ever had the pleasure of making (Kitties!), and all was well and good.
