Originally the film was shot for a chemistry project, Students at DCHS know it as the mole project. It was supposed to resemble kids who did chemistry and sometimes solved crimes about ghosts, but about ten minutes into the film it was a film about students who searched for ghosts and sometimes did chemistry.
