 This is the Roman Forum, in the middle of Rome. It was the commercial, political and economic centre of the Roman Empire and even has the place where Julius Ceasar was killed, and where he is buried. The only slight problem is now it is all in ruins, and you are unable to really understand the grandeur of it. |
