SME 3009 Series 2 Improved

This tonearm has been modified in 5 areas;

The armpost pillar clamp's hex-bolt has been replaced by a larger thread screw and metal sleeve.
The VTF rider weight has been tapped to allow a tight grip on the 'L-shaped' way rod.
The hex-bolt on the adjusting bracket (where the armtube rest rod and armlift mechanism is attached to) has been replaced by a larger-hex bolt.

Thread size remain the same.

The output plug has been modified to allow for direct soldering of interconnect to the terminal posts.

Cable and RCA plugs were also changed by previous owner of this arm.

The 4 rubber grommets have been removed from the armbase, for direct coupling to the plinth.  A larger screw would be needed for mounting arm and it's advisable to have a nylon washer, between armbase and screw.
