Learn how to decoupage
A. Find pictures you want in magazines, avoid extremely glossy pictures. Consider what you are decoupaging, small, thin pictures for small or rounded things, thick pictures work best on flat surfaces
B. Sand the surface of the object to be decorated if necessary, the surface needs to be free of oils and bumps. Pictures will adhere better to a slightly rough surface. Wood must then sealed or stained. C. Using a brush, spread a small amount of sealer on the surface and stick cut out on it. Smooth out all air bubbles. Repeat until done. D. Wait for specified time and began to apply a top coat. Let dry and then continue until the edges of the cut out can no longer be felt. Glitter or sequins etc. can be added at this time if so desired. Spray with vanish if desired or if recommended by directions on glue. Gently sand down any perfections. One can wax or polish the finished product.
