You will see this is a wonderful country, one of contrast, and variation (although there are a lot of trees!). There are 4 true seasons here - winter always snows but it's bitter cold -20C sometimes but summer seems to last forever with glorious sunshine, temperatures of 30degrees C and hardly any rain (unlike England).
Wherever you live, there is a forest nearby, and water too with little islands everywhere. Here in Ösmo, we have a lake called Muskan which is just 5 minutes walk. It takes 3 hours to walk around it though. You find all types of wildlife, flowers, mushrooms, wild berries, insects, reptiles all around you, no need to look very hard. You are free to wander the countryside, so you really can enjoy the beauty of it all.
