I've been handling the European Delivery Program for BMW since 1982, but until recently the program has been the best kept secret in the car business. Who would ever advertise that you could buy a car for a wholesale price if you were willing to take a fun vacation to Europe.
With the advent of the World Wide Web and the whole idea of commerce on the internet it seemed like everybody wanted more information. Being a computer geek, and wanting to express my creativity, I decide to try to make the internet my palette. Boy did I need help with HTML. Thank you Joe Burns.
In 1996, I experimented, borrowed, and copied from the generous and came up with the format you have hopefully been enjoying. With out being too glitzy, Wheels With Wings is attempting to be the all purpose learning site. We are constantly updating and adding information. It's about buying a BMW, but it's also about travel and enjoying life. I'll help you order your dream car, plan your trip, and share some of Europe's most wonderful experiences.

The History of Wheels With Wings
I try to be fun. I wanted to take all the information about BMW European Delivery and put it in one easy to access site. The site has had this current look since 1998.
