Starring in the title role of "Buffy the Vampire Slayer", Sarah plays a devoted hero who fights vampires at night, while dealing with the troubles of high school in the day. Kicking evil creatures butts needs practice with martial arts, a challenge wich Sarah took. Having to study the Korean art of Tae Kwon Do for four years and receiving a brown belt, Sarah spends her free time both on and off set still doing with the scene stunt coordinator.
No alien to television, the versatile actress won an Emmy in 1994 for her well-known act as Kendall Hart, the tricky secret daughter of Erica Kane (Susan Lucci) on "All My Children". She played a younger Jackie Kennedy in the critically acclaimed mini series "A Woman Named Jackie" and starred with Valerie Harper and Jeff Daniels in the television movie "An Invasion of Privacy". She was also a regular on thr show "Girl Talk".
