The von Borgengruft Thumb Exercise




Cramps in the thumb may be relieved by performing this simple exercise. It is very important to follow the exact position of the hands and legs. The weight of the arms alone, provides sufficient pressure.

No movement is necessary after final positon has been achieved. One minute is enough to feel instant relief for your poor, tired hands.

On a more serious note: those who work many hours at the computer, will invariably suffer from various ailments, unless precaution is exercized.
