Gravity Games!

Unfortunately, Travis was not at the 2000 Summer Games... =0(

The Games took place on July 15th-23rd! In Providence Place Park

Athletes from all over came to participate in events such as Motocrossing, Skatebaording, In-Line Skating, BMXing, and more!

Even though Travis wasn't amoung the athletes this year (because he was in Ohio racing), I still had an awesome time! My cousin begged me to go, but despite that, it still rawked. I saw plenty of concerts... all which I had front row for (I have some pictures below)! I met some cool althletes and musicians including, Kenny Bartram (again), Carey Hart, plenty of motocrossers, Dope, Sevendust (they gave me a guitar pick, which was totally cool), Oleander, Bucky Lasek, Marthia Sringstorm, Biker Sherlock, Rat Sult, and more. I included some pictures.

At the bottom, you'll find two pics of me and Trav from the Broome-Tioga race in Binghamton, NY. It was pretty cool how over the summer I had to go to New York because my sister needed to go to Yankee Stadium to see a baseball game, and I got to go to a supercross out of it. I was trying to see if I could get a pit pass and see if Travis remembered me from the privious summer at the race, but ironically, the day before the race, Travis walked into the restaurant my family and I were eatting breakfast at. I guess that's the one time I honored my mother's obsession with those Cracker Barrel restaurants. It was pretty cool how he stopped in front of my table and remembered my name and everything. At the race the next day, I stood by Travis' parents as he signed autographs for his fans. I got a cool poster-sized picture of Travis winning Daytona, which I ultimately had signed by Travis from Travis' dad. Thanks, Mr. Pastrana! And before I left for my 6 hour drive home, I got to sit inside the Team Suzuki trailor for awhile and take some more pictures with Travis (the last picture is of Travis and I in the trailor). And after I got my hug from Travis, I went home. Needless to say, I had an awesome vacation! =0)
