This is where you register new horses after you buy them, after they are born, or change the ownership of a horse. You can also reserve a horse name for one year if you thought up a great name but don't have a horse to name.

If you sold a horse to someone, you need to switch regisitrations from your name to the buyer's name.

If you've thought up a horse name, but don't have the horse for it, you can reserve the name for 1 year. It costs $100 per name reserved.
