i wrote this in early December [1999] for my sociology class. when i decided to post it, i kept most of the information as i originally wrote it. however, some names have been left out to protect the guilty, and i have also deleted some of the more descriptive details about location, etc...
the autobiography takes place in a dream sequence. two of the characters are significant psychologists: Sigmund Freud and Charles Cooley. a basic knowledge of their lives will help in understanding their perspectives, but it's not necessary.
any secrets i had formerly kept are revealed in this work... and it also portrays the people around me. posting this was not an easy decision to make, but i think it may help people who may have also experienced similar events to see the story of my life.
i hope this will allow you to understand me... the way i truly am... without the masks of modern living...
