Believe me, it takes a pretty good amount of people to see that everything gets done. Some of you called me or emailed me last year. Please contact me again if you can still help out this year. If you will be attending this event, please consider helping out. You don’t have to be working all day, not unless you want to. There just needs to be plenty of volunteers on the list attending the convention to be available to call upon for help. Several hours of your time will be much appreciated. I have started making a list of people who would like to help out at this event. I’m trying to get a list of volunteers who can commit to work at the convention and how much time they can put in (2 hrs, 4 hrs, 1/2 day, all day, etc.) I know it’s hard to commit to something so far in advance. But it is important to know early on who many people are “WILLING” to be there and help out. In order to make plans for such a large event, we need to know ASAP!
