Hello fellow Protoculture Addicts, the name's Ash (and before you say anything, ASH is my initials). When I was still growing up (about 5 years ago to be precise), I was already obsessed w/ Robots & Technology. I had tons of robot toys & robot drawings (albeit not very good ones). One night while I was staying up late I turned to the Sci-Fi Channel, and that began what has grown today into an obsession. Robotech has all the makings of a great war story, conflict, honorable generals, evil commanders, love, and kick ass mecha! Sadly we have yet to see a continuance of this long dead animation series. It wasn't until several years after my obsession began that I was browsing through my favorite hobby store and noticed something odd. Huh? Robotech RPG! My heart stopped for about 30 seconds, and then I blew a weeks allowance on this one book (much to my parents dismay). I took to the system quickly and started cooking up adventures. A few years later I got Rifts soley for the purpose of convertng Robotech to it. Those have been with me from the start well know the original matieral on this site (which may see a 2nd edition). Even if someday I'm totally engulfed by the Gundam Mecha Wave, I will always remember my beloved Robotech.
