The Coumae Saga - 1

It was cold that fateful day, the day that would change his life. He was bundled up doing his chores at home. His dad, the proud saiyan warrior, Goku, was punching down trees for firewood. His mom, ChiChi, was making lunch for the two. “Gohan! Goku! Lunch!” ChiChi said. “Oh boy! Lunch! Race you there Dad!” Gohan said playfully. “I’ll win!” Goku replied. The two started running to the house when, out of nowhere, it came. The greatest evil ever possible. It was a greater evil than even Frieza. It was Coumae (KOW-may).

In another part of the world Piccolo, the super namek, had felt the great evil as well. “I don’t like this! I don’t like this at all.” was all Piccolo could say. He raced to where Goku and Gohan were, to warn them? To save them? All he knew was it hopefully was not too late. As he streaked across the sky, he was thinking to himself, ‘Gohan is a tough boy. He can fight if there is danger. I better get going faster.’ When he got there Gohan and Goku where all ready in a huge battle with Coumae’s army. Goku had taken out three while Gohan was just about done with his second. “Kamehameha!” Gohan cried as he attacked the soldier. “Are you the world’s strongest fighter?” Coumae asked Goku after the forth solder went down. “Yes I am. What do you want?” Goku gasped out. “Why I want to take over this little bit of dirt and add it to my Empire.” was Coumae’s response “I’m not gonna let that happen! Kaioken Attack times 25!” blared out Goku as he flew at to Coumae, fist pulled back.

“Piccolo, help me!” cried out Gohan. “On my way kid!” said Piccolo as he raced to where Gohan was fighting. As the battle ensued there was a flash of Kamehameha attacks, ki bombs and corkscrew beams. (Where is Krillin during all this you may ask, well you’ll just have to wait and see.) After Gohan and Piccolo finished off the last of Coumae’s army, They went back to where Goku was. “NOOOOO!” Gohan cried out as he saw his dad and mom in lifeless heaps on the ground. “I’ll get you for this you Son of a--” “Gohan! Let me take care of this guy!” Piccolo said as he walked over to Coumae. “Oh, a namek! This will be easy,” Coumae said as Piccolo came closer. “Not as easy as you hope,” He began, “I’m a super namek, one of the strongest fighters in the universe,” “That means what to me?” Coumae smartly asked. “It means, prepare to get your butt whooped!” Piccolo yelled as his started to run at Coumae. Just one short blast from Coumae’s hand was all that was needed to send the namek to the next dimension.
