Jubilee is actually like Cyclops because they were both foster children. Jubilee was bounced around from family to family until Charles Xavior picked her up and gave her a home with the X-Men. She has been living with the X-Men for a while now and has adjusted to life with a group of people just like her very well. Abilities : Shout's pure kinetic energy out from her hands.
