BREEDERS INFORMATION
G'day from Western Australia. Peter and I have been involved with Rhodesian Ridgebacks since 1995 We live on 5 acres in Bullsbrook, Western Australia with our wonderful Canine companions.
In the time we have owned Ridgebacks we have been members of the Rhodesian Ridgeback Club of WA and serving on their committee.
We care very much for the welfare of the breed, in as much as I acted as Rescue Officer for 3 years and rehomed numerous Ridgebacks that were given up for adoption, or came from the Dog Pounds. All of these dogs now enjoy a much happier life with their new owners. Even though I am not the Rescue Officer I will always do what I can to help our Breed.
I also enjoyed helping with PR taking my dogs along to
meet and greet the general public .
I have also been the Editor of the Rhodesian Ridgeback Club of WA magazine, which is published on a bi-monthly basis.
We have only bred a few litters ,and are very careful
where these pups are placed. Most of our puppy buyers have now become good friends and we meet up on a regular basis and it is a joy to see how our puppies have developed.
lONDOLOZA are proud to announce that in 2010 we imported a puppy from England from top bloodlines and some of these bloodlines are new to Australia. We believe in reinvesting in the future of our ridgebacks that we breed so some exciting times are ahead for us here at Londoloza
At the beginning of 2000 we decided to include some new bloodlines and purchased Tayla from Usakose Rhodesian Ridgebacks in Queensland.
We are very excited about the future and look forward to striving to breed as close to the "BREED" standard as possible and produce quality dogs that are sound in mind, body and soul.
We chose LONDOLOZA as our breeding prefix as it means TREASURE in Zulu and we truly believe that the Rhodesian Ridgeback is a treasure to have in any family.
