This saucy little number was created for a Phantom phan in Arizona a long time ago. It was supposed to be an "eyes only" kind of thing, but he later posted it on a PotO message board for all to see. It's been out of the public eye ever since.

But I've already sullied my reputation with the Phantom Pin-Ups series, so I figured, what the heck...
