Another work commissioned by The Michael Crawford Phantom Movie Campaign. After a friend posted "The Phantom of Las Vegas" on her Las Vegas website, I was approached by the head of TMCPMC to do an illustration for their Recent News page. A few concepts came to mind but the image of the Phantom and Christine reading Variety was just too cute to pass up. The real challenge was turning Crawford's Phantom into a cartoon.
