"A Phantom Christmas" |
December 1999 Media: technical pen, digital |
After "A Phantom Valentine," I knew I wanted to do something for the holidays, Christmas in particular. The Phantom's throne immediately conjured up thoughts of children sitting on Santa's lap (or in this case, Christine sitting on the Phantom's lap), and for the longest time that's what I was going with. But come December, more ideas came to mind, ranging from the silly to the melancholy. The lighthearted won out and I decided to include all of the principal cast in a sort of Phantom family portrait, tossing in as many sight gags as I could come up with. |
