For the making of air lifting contract agreement.Today 18th of January, 2003. In the town of Lagos, this contract has been made and entered into by THE ABACHA FAMILY from # 1. Gidado Road, Kano NIGERIA represented by ALHAJI BUBA ABACHA hereinafter referred to as the PRINCIPAL and Club 2000 Africa Agency represented by its Africa coordinator, MR. SINGH LUKWART hereinafter referred to as the CONTRACTOR.
Where by it has been agreed as follows:
SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT.
1. The PRINCIPAL assigns to the CONTRACTOR and the later agrees, pursuant to the stipulations hereof to AIR LIFT CONSIGNMENT #:XB50 from its base here in Lagos to any of its affiliate agency in HOLLAND.
The Principal assigns/mandates GOLDEN SHOWER POWEWR CLUB of USA and accords them the full right to represent and act in their stead in the collection of consignment #: XB50.
2. Final date of delivering the consignment is 2 Days of the signing of this CONTRACT AGREEMENT and the Payment of the money as provided for in paragraph, 9 herein.
3. The CONTRACTOR shall perform the activities agreed upon hereby on receiving the necessary initial data from the PRINCIPAL.
4.When further data or documentation are required, the PRINCIPAL shall supply them to the CONTRACTOR within two days of being notified of the demand by the latter. In case of delay beyond the time set herein, the CONTRACTOR shall cease to perform the activities under this contract and shall prepare a bilateral statement to this effect, until the moment of cessation.
5.Should the PRINCIPAL fail to supply the initial data provided for in paragraph 3 and paragraph 4 respectively within the period stipulated,these periods shall be extended by the days of delay.
6.The PRINCIPAL may alter the initial data and assignment following a written notice hereof to the CONTRACTOR, and in this case the contract shall be terminated or there shall be an additional agreement enclosed herein for the continuation of the assignment. The PRINCIPAL may demand an extension of the period agreed upon for the delivery of the consignment, stipulating in writing,the new date convenient for delivery but not exceeding working days from the date of agreed in this agreement.
PRICE AND PAYMENT
7. The price for the conveyance under this contract shall be 1% of the total amount in question US$6.8 Million, which is US$68,000(Sixty eight thousand United States Dollars Only). The price shall only be changed by the mutual agreement of both parties.
8. The payment of the above price must be effected in full, before the final endorsement of this contract agreement.
9 The RECIPIENT REPRESENTATIVES JENNIFER BASSTILLE shall be entitled to 15% of the total sum transfered ,which is US$1,020,000 (One million and twenty thousand United States Dollars only)and this will be paid to her upon successful transfer of the fund prior to the deduction of any expense(s).While 5%,which is US$340,000(Three hundred and forty thousand United States Dollars)will be set aside for the reimbursement of any expenses incured by both parties at the end of the project.
10. The Security Company (receiving agency) in HOLLAND will inform the recipient of the consignment of a security /Customs clearing charges payable by her at the point of collection of the consignment.
LIABILITY.
11 The CONTRACTOR is in effect, liable for any loss either in part/full or non delivery of the consignment.
GENERAL CONDITIONS.
12. The PRINCIPAL shall return a copy of this contract agreement duly endorsed by she/her representative, within two days. Contrary to the above, the contract shall be void.
13. This contract may be terminated at any time by either parties, upon a written notice,within a minimum of seven (7) working days.
14 Any dispute which may arise out of or in connection with the present contract, shall be settled by mutual agreement of all parties as stated in an annex to this contract.
15. The RECIPIENT JENNIFER BASTILLE on behalf of GOLDEN SHOWER POWER CLUB must come for the collection of the consignment with the assigned PASSWORD/CODE, before the consignment can be released to her to avoid wrongful delivery of the consignment.

I hope Club Africa 2002 is doing ok today. As I traverse the US in my rusty 'ol camper I am near Baltimore for my trip to Amsterdam. I told you before I do not have a phone. I know you have a good concept of the English language. I repeat again. I DO NOT HAVE A PHONE ON ME. I will be going straight to Amsterdam to meet the consignment. Little purple three eyed frogs jump in a puddle of hydrochloric acid laced with uranium.Also what I do not understand is why you want me to pay for the ticket for Booba to go to Amsterdam.
