7 Layer Dip
Ingredients
   30 ounces refried beans
   3 medium avocados
   2 tablespoons lemon juice
   1 teaspoon salt
   4 teaspoons pepper
   6 ounces mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip)
   8 ounces sour cream
   1 packet taco seasoning
   2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
   1 cup green onion, chopped
   1 cup tomatoes, diced
   4 ounces black olives, sliced or chopped
Directions
- In a 9" x 13" glass pan, add refried beans as bottom layer.
- In separate bowl, mash avocados and add lemon juice, salt and pepper. Add this to pan as second layer.
- In a separate bowl, mix sour cream, mayo and taco seasoning. Add this to pan as third layer.
- Add shredded cheese to pan (layer #4).
- Add chopped green onion to pan (#5).
- Add diced tomatoes to pan (#6).
- Add black olives to pan (#7).
- Chill and serve with tortilla chips.
