Cherry Cheese Pie
Ingredients
   Crust
   1 2/3 cups graham cracker crumbs
   1/4 cup sugar
   1/4 cup butter, softened

   Filling
   8 ounces cream cheese
   1/2 cup sugar
   2 cups Cool Whip
   1 can Cherry Pie Filling (as topping)

Directions
- Combine graham crack crumbs, sugar and butter in large bowl.
- Blend with fork and pour into 9" pie plate.
- Set 8" pie plate on top and press firmly, then remove.
- Bake crust at 375o for 8 minutes, then set aside to cool.
- In separate bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until creamy.
- Blend in Cool Whip.
- Pour filling into crust and top with cherries.
- Chill at least 3 hours.
