Lemon Coolers

Ingredients

   1 (18.25 ounce) package lemon cake mix
   1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
   1 egg
   2 cups confectioners' sugar

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350o.
  2. Mix together cake mix, whipped topping and egg.
  3. Drop by teaspoonfuls into bowl of confectioners' sugar to coat.
  4. Shape into balls.
  5. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Do not brown.

Makes 3 dozen cookies
